I came here because I needed a new home and Federated Management group helped me with that! Thank you!!

I just moved to the Jacksonville area and it was really hard trying to find a place to live out here so my friend recommended me to Federated Management company and they got me in a new home right away!

I saw an add for this rental house and it was amazing so I called Federated Management and they were so nice and helpful and got me into something that I really wanted. Thank you!!

Great company to do business with all there apartment complexes are clean and well taken care of.

As an owner of multiple rental properties I have been impressed with Federated Management Group They have been renting my condo out for the last two years. I appreciate the relationship I have developed with my manager there. She has been patient and understanding with all of my questions and i feel confident in trusting her and Federated Management Group with the care of my property.

I want the thank Federated for their help. I lived in one of their properties for 2 years and they were very good to work with. I had a couple of repair issues during my stay and they were very responsive in getting these items fixed. When I moved out, they were quick with the return of my deposit. I got almost all of the deposit back minus a couple of damages that were my fault. My experience has been that if you leave the place as you found it, most PM's will return your deposit. I always try to leave it better than it was when I moved in to make sure my deposit isn't kept. Great experience with this company!

this place is a big scam i tryed to rent a house from federated management group and i sent in $50 for the app fee and they kept my money and did not let me know if i was approved of not very bad service and when i call to trry to talk to a person that works with the application process they always just went into a meeting they say.... dont rent from this place BAD SERVICE

Company and it's properties are poorly maintained and managed. Was going to be living in Jacksonville for a year so I rented a house from them. Federated was very good in the beginning trying to get me in the house but after that, they were horrible. A/C broke down 6 times in the first 4 months and it took FMG days to get someone out there. Had to spend 3 nights in a hotel because the house was too hot to sleep in. Property managers are difficult to get in touch with and rarely return phone calls or emails. Maintenance manager is rude and unprofessional. Informed both several times about maintenance issues regarding the house (rotted wood, termites, carpenter ants, rusted D/W racks, corroded sink stoppers etc) and they both indicated they didn't care. After 12 month lease was up and I moved out, FMG would not do the final inspection until AFTER I returned the keys and left Jacksonville. Of course this is part of their "plan" since they have no intention of returning your deposit and know you'll have a difficult time challenging them from 3000 miles away. Was charged for obsurd items such as; ants on the driveway, missing door stops, grass not properly edged, dirt in the shower, etc. Dispite photographic documentation on my part, they still tried to keep my money. Was able to get most of it back after taking legal action but Federated are still a bunch of crooks. Stay clear of their properties at any and all cost unless you enjoy giving away your money.
