Provided by YP.comI had a hard to find leak on a small flat roof over a pation. Many people didnt want to bother with such a small job. The representative from M & M came out analyzed the problem, gave me a free estimate. I authorized hime to do the work and he came very quickly and completed the job. No problems ever since. Thank you M & M for a job well done. I would highly recommend this company!!!

Provided by YP.comWe had a tree fall on our attached garage roof due to Ike. M & M came right out - gave us an estimate - covered garage roof with blue tarp until insurance adjuster came out. They blended the shingles into house shingles - looks great. They were courteous, worked hard, cleaned up very well and had the job completed in no time. We had a good experience with them prior to this with repair work on our chimney, too.

Provided by YP.comWe've had M&M do a couple of jobs for us and have been pleased with their work. A few years ago they did a roof for us. They did the work in one long day and cleaned up the yard. This past year, we had heat block added to our attic. It seemed to cut down on the electric bills this past summer when it was so hot. Thanks for the good work!

Provided by YP.comI have personally had two seperate jobs completed by M and M. My father and brother have both used them as well. My neighbor across the street just used them for a siding job. I think it is safe to say I have seen a lot of their work and they are just plain good. I have conducted business with many different people at M and M, including Mike, Doug, Rick and Bernard and they all did exactly what they said they would. I have quoted other contractors and M and M always came out on top! They really are exceptional.

Provided by YP.comWe knew it was time to get a new roof so we called M & M Roofing to get a bid. The president of the company came out, went up on our roof and when he gave us the estimate he noted that he thought we had roof damage that would warrant us having our insurance company take a look. We did have the insurance company come out and they replaced the entire roof under our policy. M & M's bid was the lowest we got, they did the work very quickly and very well. I would definately use them again and would recommend them highly.

Provided by YP.comM & M Roofing replaced the roof on my house in January & did a phenominal job! I left for work that morning just as the crew was getting there. To my suprise & delight, when I got home, I thought I was at someone elses house. The crew had finished, cleaned up & already left. Thanks for a great job M & M!

Provided by YP.comWe had our roof damaged by hurricane Ike. Our insurance company tried to deny our claim, and we had to call for 2 re-inspections by their adjusters before we finally got the claim paid. The owner of M & M came out and met with the adjuster on the final inspection and climbed up on the roof to point out the damage. Without the thorough service provided by Doug and his people, we would not have been able to get our insurance company to meet their obligation.
The crew was scheduled during the Christmas / New Year holiday, and they completed the job as promised. The landscaping and swimming pool were protected and when the crew left, they cleaned up after themselves well. We are very satisfied by our experience with M & M. This is the second re-roofing they have done for us. In 1999, they did the roof for us on our previous home, and that job was also well done. When we get ready to upgrade our windows or redo our siding, the first company we will call is M & M. They have given us good work at fair prices. Our new roof looks great.

Provided by YP.comM and M did some roofing repairs for us, and then when we could wait no longer put on our new roof. The whole experience was great--good service, communication and follow through. The crew that did the roof was great. The roof looks terrific, works like it should and they cleaned everything up afterwards. These guys are honest and friendly.

Provided by YP.comWe had M&M install new Hardie siding a few years and were very happy. We recently had them replace our old, outdated, singlepane windows with new double pane, energy efficient ones! We have been very pleased with the professional way the saleman handled our questions, took care of all the materials and that we didn't have to pay till we're happy with their work! We also had M&M install the Heatbloc radiant barrier and with the new windows our electric bills have been much lower this summer than ever before. We will use M&M and again, no doubt, for any other home projects!

Provided by YP.comWe recently had M&M replace all our single pane windows with double pane, energy efficient ones and WOW what a difference!! Not only do the new windows look more beautiful than the outdated ones, our house is so much more quiet than ever before. We don't hear the noise and trucks going down the street as we did previously and our house is much cooler inside and our electric bill lower than last summer. That's the best of all! The saleman who handled our job was courteous and professional and made sure we got the windows we wanted. He answered all our questions, had the crew out in a timely manner and made sure we were happy before we made payment. We will definitly use M&M again for any future home projects. We are really pleased with their work!

Provided by YP.comM&M replaced the entire siding on oue hose with Hardy Plank and did a great job. They also tore off our roof on our patio and fix the elevation. This include removing two windows and painting the entire family room which came out great.

Provided by YP.comI M&M to put on Hardy siding and change the elevation on my patio roof which included taking out two windows and repainting our family room. M&M did a great job.Several years later I did have a small leak in the patio roof which I should have reported earlier. They fixed it anyway.
I have and will continue to recommend M&M Rooffing , Siding & Windows.

Provided by YP.com3 calls and an email. I was referred to this company by a friend that had some work done by them. She said they did a good job. Guess I'll never find out. I can't get any one to call or email back.
We are certainly sorry this customer had a poor experience with us was not pleased. Since we do not have this customer's name or number, we have no way of knowing exactly the issue and entire scope of what happened in their case. Unfortuately at the time of these calls, we were still overwhelmed with hurricane Ike repairs and emergency situations and regret this customer had a negative response regarding our company. We strive to handle each call with respect and importance and continue to try and make each one feel this way when we handle their issues.

Provided by YP.comNever returned my calls. Continued to try, but the only thing I get is an automated message and I have been unable to talk to a live person. For a company who claims they have been in business since 1983, it seems they have not learned much on treating a potential customer right from the beginning (which should include picking up the phone). Don't waste your time with this company. I called another company and they quickly answered the phone and scheduled me for a quote 2 days later.
We are certainly concerned when a customer is upset with how we have handled their call. Not knowing this customers name and more information, it makes it difficult for us to research their exact call and locate any paperwork or details as to their exact concerns. We can say that during and after the hurricane time period, our company was overwhelmed with calls and emails and for many months it was difficult to register each customers issues. We apologize if this person was overlooked as we try hard to treat each one with importance and respect. With a catastrophe such as this, it is understandable that the largest and best roofing companys in the city were much more busy than other smaller companys. In essence, during this time, it did take extra time to handle the volume of work that the hurricane provided. We never intended for any customer to feel neglected. We are sorry for the inconvenience they experienced and regret the negative response they felt toward our company.

Provided by YP.comHurricane Ike destroyed the roof and sheet metal and chimney caps allowing water into my home. I called M&M to put on a new roof , replace the sheet metal on the parapet walls, and to tarp the chimney and parapet walls so water would not come in from these areas. They came out we signed a contract and put an M&M sign in my yard.
I needed the insurance company to see the damage before they started work. They sent two people out to tarp the areas until they could schedule the roofing before the ins.adj. could get here. The tarps were clear plastic and so it was ok to go ahead and tarp, b/c the ins. adj. could still see the damage. They chose to come back after the ins.adj. and they left.
I received a call two days later from the salesman, David Boyles, stating that he had canceled our contract which includes any and all work to be done, including the tarps. Mr. Boyles clearly stated in his voice mail that,"I do not have time to do your job on your schedule, and I don't need your job we have hundreds of homes already." "We will not be handling any of your repairs so you are free to pursue someone else to handle your job."
I left a message with the office that I wanted a 'release of lien' in writing sent to my fax number and an apology. I have received neither as of today 9/26/2008.

The sales representative for this customer, for many different reasons, decided it was best for both partys to dissolve this contract. He informed the customer professionally that it was within our rights to do so, for both partys to agree and move on. We did no work on the property. As of this date, our office is not aware of the release request. Since so much time has passed, it is difficult to know all the issues that were involved with this situation. We regret the circumstances that played a part in this decision and the negative reflection it has placed on our company. We certainly did not intend for this customer to feel unimportant or neglected in any way. We strive to treat all our customers with the repect they deserve and when informed, correct errors made in hopes to satisfy the customer to the best of our ability.
