Great stay - hotel was clean as always. Exceptional staff, including Desiree at the front desk for my check in. She upgraded my room when my chosen room wasn't ready, and she placed in the best possible location in the hotel. This was an extended stay for me and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end.

It had everything my BF and I were looking for. FREE Parking, FREE Breakfast, FREE WiFi! In world where you have to pay more and given less, Hampton Inn Houston I-10/Central was a refreshing reminder you can still get an excellent deal and feel you received way more than you paid for. The Hotel allowed early check-in, excellent military discount, great tasting breakfast, AC worked great, they were able to provide highest floor room as initially requested, the hotel was not loud at all. Oh best of all, the room was CLEAN EVEN DUST FREE!!! Every time I stay at a hotel, my allergies act up my eyes swell, my nose is congested all night due to the dust in the towels and the pillows, etc, NOT AT THIS HOTEL! It was perfect! My BF and I will definitely stay here again!

The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was very clean. Heated pool. Bed was so comfortable I almost didn't get up for my meeting! The free wifi in room was a big help. And the breakfast was a real breakfast everything just made this business trip more like a vacation.

Great location and quality for the price! Clean, comfortable, very helpful staff. It is right on I-10 with a railway in the back, but neither was a big problem for us. Easy access to/from the highway. Great breakfast also!

I stayed here for just one night and it was very pleasant. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by the sweetest person at the front desk and she helped me check-in quickly and made sure all reservations and accommodations were in perfect order. Rooms are very clean and a decent size, beds were comfy, a/c works great, and I loved the cute post-it notes on the bed frame even though they were just a generic welcome message. Regardless of being right by a busy freeway and it's a tad tricky to find the entrance to this hotel, it was indeed still a very good night to rest. Make sure to enter through the Denny's restaurant to enter into the hotel grounds (I know, it's weird).

While getting to the hotel was a bit of a challenge due to it's location, the hotel itself was a good experience. The check in was easy and fast, the room was clean and the AC worked almost too well. The wi-fi was free and speedy. Breakfast was a good selection and plenty of it. If I was to be in Houston again I would try to stay at this Hampton again.

The stay was excellent, the staff accommodated my needs consistently and were always responsive to my requests. the room was exactly what i wanted or more. I used the internet service and the friendly breakfast room and the food was very good. The check in and check out services was very friendly and helpful.

My stay at this hotel was great. The accommodations were just perfect for my needs at the time. The lobby, front desk area, and the breakfast area were all welcoming and well kept. This is a very clean hotel and the staff were very professional, but personable, helpful and friendly. My room had plush bedding, soft pillows like I like and cozy comforters. I sleep like a baby. The spacious bathroom had upgraded toiletries and amenities and there was no problem whatsoever with the shower water temperature, even with 4 of us in the room. The convenience of an in room coffee maker and refrigerator added to our relaxing environment. Breakfast buffet was more than enough. Eggs, omelets, bacon, sausage, hot & cold cereals, fruit, yogurt, juices, milk, water, and I can go on. I will return again to this hotel that I like. Good Job, Hampton Inn & Suites.

Really enjoyed the experience. We had a very good time, and the staff was very helpful. The location was close to all the places that we had to go to in order to take care of the business we were involved in , while there in Houston.

Very nice hotel. Always friendly staff, rooms are always clean and well prepared, good breakfast with variety and choice. The location is perfect for travel into the downtown area, and the commute is easy with access to various routes. I have stayed here several times and each time the hotel staff is very welcoming. I will stay here again.

This place is great. My parents and in-laws have stayed here when they are in town visiting us, and we picked it when we had to spend a night in a hotel while a contractor finished a project at our house. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the service was way beyond what I would have expected for this level of hotel. You can't go wrong staying here!

This hotel is the way to go if you're looking to be in the loop by the heights, Washington Ave, Memorial and near downtown. This hotel is right off of I-10, but if you're in a room facing away from the interstate it is very quiet. This hotel is updated, modern and lovely inside. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfasts are good as well and staff are friendly, would definitely stay here again.

Good location, great staff, nice place! Denny's and IHOP close by. Easy access to I-10 and downtown area. Hot breakfast and good variety....well definitely stay here again. Friendly staff and very clean.

This hotel stay exceeded my expectations. The staff was super friendly, my room and the rest of the hotel was clean. I experienced only mild hallway noise during my stay. It was very easy to access freeways and main roads from this location. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice clean rooms, same as most hotels; the people made all the difference. The individual staff were extremely friendly, helpful and outgoing. Breakfast area was spacious with real food and a comfortable place to hang out and visit. One of the nicest hotel stays we have had.

The rooms are clean and seem new. The internet worked and the breakfast was free.

Gerald, Johanna, Lourdes, & Homeo went out of their way to ensure that our rooms, hospitality room & brunch room were setup exactly the way we needed & wanted. They are outstanding employees & a great representation of the Hampton Inn.

Great stay rooms very clean and staff very informative.

We were in Houston for Supercross at Reliant/NRG Stadium. The Hotel was great, as well as the staff. We will stay there again next year.
