Ethicus Construction.recently remodeled my bathroom and the whole experience from start to finish was incredible! I highly recommend them. They were prompt, courteous, clean, reasonably priced, and did beautiful work. My bathroom is gorgeous! I could not be happier with my remodel. I will absolutely be using them for future projects.

Responsive. Responsible. Professional. Ethicus Construction stands out from all of the other companies I contacted. JC Walker, the owner, came himself to see my project. I had trouble finding a kitchen contractor who would handle my small project until but I finding them, and was great. Timely, great quality work.

I have used JC and his company for a little over 13 years. His office build outs have always been top notch. I always enjoy walking through and looking at all the attention and details that go into everything they touch. As a interior designer detail is very important me. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any commercial job. Two thumbs up!

We interviewed several contractors and ultimately decided on JC, of Ethicus Construction because he had a vision for our home when others did not. Sure, others could have gotten the work done, but JC spent time with us to learn about us and our needs, including financial constraints. He and his team have worked with us and have gone "the extra mile" multiple times to get things done and done correctly, improving our quality of life and doing their best to keep us comfortable, (if that is possible during a remodel). They are true professionals and I appreciate everyone on JC's team. The new bathroom is so beautiful and welcoming whereas before it was unsightly and unusable. Soon we will begin Phase 2 of our remodeling with Ethicus Construction and we are looking forward to working with them again. Thank You JC!

I cannot recommend Ethicus Construction highly enough. After working with a couple of other companies to do some other renovations in my home, I have officially found a company I trust and will continue my business with. I met with JC to go over the renovation of my kitchen and from the first meet-up to the final walk through; JC and his team made the entire process smooth and adaptable. Quick and painless. The teams professionalism, attention to detail and thorough communication through the entire process brought quality work and great representation of their company. Such a pleasure to do business with that I'm about ready for them to renovate my next room!

We have just recently had ethicus construction replace our damaged concrete (thanks HOA for your kind letter!). Jeffrey took care of everything, form the home owners association to the needed permitting (we live in the city). I have included a photo. Friendly bunch of folks, ask for Jeffrey!

We just recently used ethicus remodeling for kitchen repairs due to a plumbing leak. Frank worked most closely with me, but everyone was always so professional and helpful. We had issues with our insurance company approving the job and then reimbursing us for the full job once the job was done and Jeffrey helped us resolved both issues. We wouldn't have been able to get this accomplished without them. They also showed up and got the job done in a timely fashion. When there were weather delays, they always kept me in the loop. I appreicate that open communication and I appreciate a contractor who does what they say!!!! We were referred to a different person at first and they just dragged their feet. Once I contacted ethicus, they were out giving us an estimate within three or four days... AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME people and a role model for business!

I want to say thank you to Jeffrey and Frank for all their hard work. I have always wanted new siding replacing my rotting wood siding, but I was unsure what product to use. I spoke with three or four contractors over the last two years and it was just to the point that i could no longer put it off. I could not believe their were so many options!?

Jeffrey showed me siding samples and my husband and I decided on the james hardy brand siding. The end results (if you live in the city of Houston you will need a permit) was very elegant. The new window shutters really adds to the curb appeal. Hal and I recommend Ethicus Construction for a good job. Very satisfied!

I first would like to say how appreciative I am for the quality workmanship and first rate customer service that I received with ethicus const. I had a previous bad experience with another construction company. JC delivered as promised. The person I worked with daily was Frank and he took very good care of my project. If you are looking for a good construction company than look no further. My bathroom looks gorgeous! :-)

As a Houston local realtor it is a must to have a good GO TO contractor. I have used Ethicus on numerous occasions and have not ever been disappointed by their professionalism and knowledge. If you are in need of a good contractor give them a call, you'll be glad you did.

I very much enjoyed working with James and Frank for my home repairs this past summer. I had extensive foundation and electrical work done. James was my point of contact throughout the whole process, and he was always very responsive and friendly. I would definitely use this company again.

I generally don t like to have contractors in my house, and I let JC know that when I hired them. They were really good about respecting my wishes, and as a result I had a good experience with them. They were just really attentive to detail, and really kind in their dispositions. They also offered competitive pricing. Best of all, they paid attention to what I wanted, and executed the job accordingly. Ethicus fixed all of the rotten wood on our home and than painted our home. I really liked the quality of their work--they really delivered. I would recommend them for all the reasons listed above, and will use them again, myself

I'm a supremely satisfied customer. JC is a consummate professional with a delightful personality. Throughout my project, I could see that my trust in his services was well-placed. His clear intention was to offer advice only in my best interest; he didn't try to "up-sell" me on unneeded repairs and instead offered affordable but high-quality alternatives that kept the project in my budget. At all times, JC's interaction was respectful and appropriate; and the finished product is beautiful.

I love my home and I love what JC did to improve its value: complete exterior painting and siding repair (including my cement tile roof, which required specialized treatment) with elegant stonework above the garage, which also needed structural repair; a complete renovation of the garage apartment - including a kitchenette and full bath; gorgeous new flooring throughout most of the downstairs; a new bathtub in the guest bath and a beautiful new tile shower in the master bath.

My radar is set fairly high for companies that attempt to take advantage of my ignorance, and not once did I get a whiff of anything but a genuine interest in giving me excellent service at a fair price. I also place high value on credentials and credibility: JC's long experience in construction sealed my confidence.

Ethicus Construction just recently replaced all the rotted wood on my home with james hardy siding and painted it afterwards, they were a little higher then two other estimates, but I just felt more at ease with them. I am very happy with the end results. Their customer service skills were good as well. I spoke with JC most of the time, but they were all friendly and polite. My experience was good with them.
