My previous visit was about 4 years prior. The safety/reading glasses served me well and were showing signs of wear. On my current visit, Dr. Groff was thorough and well mannered examining my vision needs. This time I requested one set with transition features and a set of sunglasses with similar options for driving and outdoor recreational use. They have made it enjoyable once more and I can see details that I didn't realize I had been missing. Thanks to Holli and Bonnie and the staff

I couldn't have asked for a more thorough exam, for both contacts and glasses. I have come to this location for many, many years and have never doubted any information I had been given. I have always been treated very professionally and have felt that my services were personalized for my particular situation.

I have been going to the Memorial City office for over 10 years, and I've gotta say that its the best experience every time. The doctors and staff are always so friendly and understanding. Never have I been disappointed with a visit there. Wait time is never an issue. They get you in and out fairly quickly, while making sure to take care of every concern you may have. Always pleased and amazed by how great this office works. Thanks to everyone at Berkeley Eye Center in Memorial City for always being so wonderful!!!

Great Appt! Was in for my annual eye exam with Dr. Groff and experienced the same level of excellance that I have always received from them.

I had my annual eye exam today and it was a very pleasant experience as always. Dr. Groff and her staff were very efficient and I feel I received a very thorough examination and felt very well informed when I left. I would highly recommend Dr. Groff and Berkeley Eye Center-Memorial City to my friends and associates.

Staff was pleasant and helpful.The doctor was very complete in explaining everything,professional and caring!

I tried to make an appointment by calling. I got a long message and then all it said was "Call back during business hours" but didn't GIVE the business hours. Every doc's office has slightly different hours and I called around 1:00. Second, I went online to make an appointment. It said my appointment was received, but i got no phone call (it's been 5 days). Needless to say, I will find someplace else to go

I had my appointment on April 30, 2009, and it is May 29 and still no glasses. I was the one calling and checking on the status. No one in the office took the initiative to give me a call and tell me it would take longer. I have Spectera insurance and supposedly it is their fault. I do not recommend this place if you have Spectera and if you want eye glasses.
