The staff at Allied Collision and Sonic Express are very nice. I'm always pleased with the service they provide as they always exceed my expectations. They've been servicing my truck for the past 6 years, know my face and name when I arrive and always take great care of me and my truck. I recommend everyone to try their services and you will be happy also.

I just here to fix the car, the car repair is very bad, uneven gap, painting is not good.

Service attitude is poor, and only a slight bumps, gave me the collected more than ten thousand dollars.

I don't know what they changed parts.

Payment returned home, found the seat cushion was burned several holes, blame my carelessness was not found, the reason is that they present mat to put a piece of paper.

So I didn't see it.

I want to see my comments after don't go to repair here, their attitudes and maintenance quality is too bad, no professional ethics.

All repairs must be the place to buy a car.

My wife's Mercedes GL got rear-ended three weeks ago on the 610 and it got towed to this storage lot. I was considering to have it be fixed at the bodyshop near our house that is linked to the Mercedes dealer but discussed it with the insurance company's adjuster and the Allied Collision Center manager and felt that with their access to genuine Mercedes parts and training they could do a good job and faster with enough safeguards in place in case something went wrong (e.g. I hold on to the insurance check until the end).



The Collision Center manager said he would fix it in 10 days and find some more damages than the insurance adjuster found originally. This is exactly what happened. They did a great job, found some more damages that they resolved directly with the insurance company and I got to pick my car up 10 days later looking as new. Upon inspection I did find a scratch in the back that they offered to take care of themselves as well.



I appreciate the business model lends itsef to people being upset when they want to take their car elsewhere or when insurance companies deny liability and don't pay but my experience with Allied Collision was simply very professional and good. They did a good job and were honest throughout.

They are the hardest working repair people in this city! Been to lots of repair shops and these guys really just fix cars.

Gabby and Mohammed always went out of their way to make sure I was happy and my car was taken care of. I have done been with them twice and would recommend them to anyone.

This repair shop has been repairing my family cars for nearly 10 years. They are fantastic people and it's so sad to read comments from narrow minded people that would rather spend their time talking trash on the internet than being adults and resolve their issues.

I had a great experience with Allied, I was really shook up after my accident and Johnny didn't push my husband or I to let them do the repairs. My husband wanted to take a look around because we had not heard or them or used them before...Johnny let my husband see the shops and a quick tour of the grounds (my husband is an ex-mechanic and very picky). My husband was impressed and told Johnny we needed a night to discuss is and for me to have time to calm down and process things and he was totally understanding.



The next day we decided to let them work on my car and they did a great job. The repairs were done in a timely manner and I was able to contact Johnny the owner at any time with any questions I or my husband had. They did a great job of handling my insurance company and the adjuster.



Once my car was ready I picked it up and Johnny once again was great and very nice. He has a great team working for him and I would recommend them to any of my family or friends.

Johnny and Muhammad were great to do business with. Both were very helpful after my son had an accident. They provided and rental car and they worked with me and my son to get his vehicle repaired. They ensured the car was repaired properly and even performed troubleshooting and changed an AC relay and some tailight bulbs at their cost that had nothing to do with the vehicle repair. Very professional and personable group and I would do business with them again.

We had an issue after we got in an accident, there was a miscommunication. But the issue has been resolved to our satisfaction and they have corrected the mistake and we are now satisfied customers.

These people took advantage of my daughter and made us pay $1000+ to release our vehicle and have another tow truck come pick it up! If you see their truck coming to get get you, DO NOT allow them to take you to their shop!

ALL LADIES THAT ARE ALONE IN THE WORLD AND HAVE A CAR ACCIDENT....I could not have asked for anything better! My accident occured late one Friday afternoon, I was alone....the tow truck driver offered me a ride to where my car was being towed to. I did not have to go with him, as my daughter was on her way to pick me up, but I did need to follow, he was extremely accommodating, that should have been my first clue......We then followed and I have never felt so comfortable and so well taken care of, not only did they keep my car to do all repairs, they had a rental car ready for me to leave with.

All promises were kept, I had asked for several things to be done, all was followed through thoroughy. I now have my car back, it seems like brand new and is spotlessly clean.

I got rear ended and my 2 week old car had to be taken in for repairs :(! The Tow truck driver was very nice. Explained everything to us. They towed it to Allied Colllision. Allied gave us a rental.

Allied General Manager - Johnny is very knowledgeable. He explained things very well. Mohammad is the Manager, and he too was Great. He gave me the tour of his facility. Showed me their work - Before and After.

Their staff - Brenda and Randy were also very helpful. I had a very pleasant experience dealing with them. I identified one issue after repairs (repair was done on time), and they took care of it as well.

Whensomethign like this happens - one needs peace of mind. And these people delivered the same.

The true (lack of) quality of their work became evident after 6 months. The fender liners (probably aftermarket) were improperly attached and collapsed on the tires, destroying them. Something else has come loose in the front end. The aftermarket headlights (confirmed by dealer) cast weird shadows. Allied claimed they were using all OEM parts.

We don't trust them to fulfill their 'warranty' without a major fight, so we are taking the car back to the dealer where we should have taken it in the first place.



I allowed our car to be towed to Allied after an accident early in the morning.

I panicked when I read the reviews of them, but I had mistakenly signed the work order when I went to look at the car that morning.

The work took a long time, but they appeared to do a good job in the end. The car looked like new.

On the last change order we received, I noticed that they billed our insurance company an exorbitant rate for an inexpensive tire. This seems to be a pattern with them that has been recognized by insurance companies. My insurance company called me and asked me to take the car elsewhere. I should have followed their advise.

These people will scam you and your insurance company! Don’t let them screw you like they did me. Just like the other victims my car was towed there after an accident, once you leave the car at their shop the trap is snared and you are screwed! My insurance company totaled my car out, but Allied said that they had already started working on the car, and then they held my car for ransom money! The insurance company offered to pay for the parts they already ordered but they said they wouldn’t release the car and if I didn’t pay them money they would put a lean on the car! Their name, Allied, is short for All-Lied, because that’s what they will did!

IF ALL THESE THING'S THAT WERE SAID ON HERE BY A EX- WORKER SO TRUE THEN WHY DID THEY NOT HAPPEN TO ME!!!!! ARE THE OTHER PEOPLE I HAVE REFERRED THERE OVER THE YEAR'S ...IF YOU WANT YOUR TRUCK TOWED AFTER A COLLISION YOU BETTER HAVE ALLIED ON SPEED DIAL LIKE ME I TRUST THEM SO I FEEL LIKE THE PERSON THAT IS GETTING ON HERE MAKING UP USER NAME TO WRITE A BAD REVIEW IT'S REALLY SAD.. I FIRST MET ISSA FROM (ALLIED COLLISON & AUTO) IN 2006 MY AUNT TOOK HER BMW TO THE SHOP . IT'S NOW 2009 I HAVE TAKEN 6 CAR'S THERE WHEN EVER WE HAVE SOME THING THAT NEED'S TO BE FIXED OR PAINTED. IT'S A FAMILY BUSINESS AND THEY ARE SO VERY SWEET. MY MONEY WAS TIGHT AND I DID NOT KNOW HOW I WAS GOING TO PAY. INSTEAD OF BEING OVER PRICED THEY WORKED WITH ME. I LIVE ON THE SOUTHWEST SIDE OF TOWN AND EVERY THING IS OVER PRICED WHEN YOU ARE BROKE.. I HAD NO RIDE TO GET THERE WHEN THEY FIRST MET ME AND THEY CAME TO PICK US UP.. I JUST HAVE TO PUT THIS OUT THERE BECAUSE THESE ARE REALLY GOOD PEOPLE THAT ARE FOR THE PEOPLE.

I AM A FEMALE AND WE WOMEN KNOW WHEN IT HAS ANY THING TO DO WITH AUTO REPAIR WE HATE TO DEAL WITH IT. BUT I PROMISE YOU THIS YOU CAN DROP YOUR CAR OFF WITH THEM AND COME BACK EVERY THING WILL STILL BE IN YOUR CAR AND THE PRICE WILL BE NICE.

I was involved in an accident back on January 30th. Zak a driver from Allied Collison towed my vehicle to there shop and the staff at the shop was wondefull, they helped me filed my claim and they got me in a rental in no time. Two week later my vehicle was repaired. they offered me a lifetime warranty and i will hihgly recommend anyone who is ever in a situation like mine.
