I am not a guy of writing. Let’s keep it short. All united moving & storage gave me the relocation support while I was relocating to TX from KS. The support was really needed and the purpose was served efficiently. Their people were very nice also. They didn’t let me feel for once that moving was once upon a time a night mare for me. They managed everything and gifted me smile on my face when I opened all the boxes and discovered everything perfectly alright. I think they were very good to me. Very likable.

The crews were playful. I didn’t see any moving company crews get this much fun while operating a relocation. All united moving & storage crews came and keep the house on excitement. For the first time I felt the thrill of moving to the new house. Despite of cheerful attitude they didn’t compromise with the quality of work. Everything safe and sound reached my new house along with my family. The set up of the furniture and other stuff was another fun part. Apparently this is the mover needed for tension free moving.

Move was a scam from beginning to end. At every turn, additional fees, etc., were added, ending in double what the original contract stated. Many, many items were broken, smashed, rendered useless to me. In addition, the customer service was horrible. Take my advice...do not hire this company. I would give them a minus 10 grade, if that was available.

I didn’t know that my wife didn’t fix a mover. She thought it was me who will do that and I thought vice versa. Almost at the very keen time of the moving date it suddenly became the most burning issue and it should have been. At that super rush we met All united moving & storage. They didn’t disappoint us. They got the vibe if our emergency and took immediate action. They offered us a package deal which we happily accepted. I was still worried till the date of moving. Finally the day came and that was an awesome day. They came and did. Seriously that is enough to conclude everything. They were more than perfect in everything. Nothing wrong, nothing got dented. Literally nothing!!!

I was not expecting a very good move due to my past experiences with movers. Every move ended up with a mess or disappointment. All united moving & storage was truly different. They had everything organized. They sent me the right quotation on the right time. The dispatcher informed me about all the things I needed to know. The helpers were very skillful in terms of handling my goods and packing it. When they wrapped it up it was still one hour left to the deadline. I got the entire set safe and sound. Best move ever.

The crews of All united moving were truly amazing. They patiently listened to my all the queries and requirements. They let me know which furniture needs what kind of packing. They did it very carefully and pushed it to the next step which is transportation before the mentioned time. They transported it with great care and very efficiently delivered all of my stuffs to my new place. Very courteous people. I appreciate their approach.

All united moving gave me a very calculative quotation which I found as a cost effective proposition. I gladly accepted that. Before the actual move, I started asking them a lot of questions about the move and they were very insightful while answering them. The satisfaction level exceeded when they actually provided me the service. They were truly skilled and pro in this. They didn’t let any scratch or spot on my any of the stuffs. They delivered those before the scheduled time which lessened the bill. Very cost effective and efficient service from All united moving.

I won’t write much. I will thank All united moving & storage from the bottom of my heart to safelytransfer my pets and other stuffs. You don’t how much did you do for me. This can never be trade off with anything. I am grateful to All united moving & storage.

The entire team of All united moving showed their anticipation in my relocation. It was not anything massive. Despite of being a random client, the devotion they showed to me cannot be explained in words. They were very warm to my family and very sincere to the task as well. I found them well equipped and well prepared to deal with my belongings and they did so. Their deliveryman was extremely fast like his truck. I didn’t have to wait for them in my new place. Overall, it was pretty good. I wish them all the best.

All united moving was tremendous while they were taking my stuffs to my new place at Atlanta, GA. Looking back to my old movers’ performance, All united moving was significantly better. Their team members were skilled and experienced along with well equipments. That helped all my stuffs to be safe and protected. They managed to deliver all my belongings within the mentioned schedule. The friendly people made me feel good all through the time. Thanks would not be enough for them.

Horrible customer service, misquoted & farmed out services to random people renting Budget rental trucks. Held our items hostage in an offsite storage unit deandong 4x the original quote. Over $7200 for a 2 bedroom move. After filing a complaint, my art collection shows up smashed. No return phone calls or answers to questions on their misrepresentation of insurance & DOT licensing.

As a service provider I know that the leverage comes from customer satisfaction. Therefore it ismandatory to satisfy clients in every aspect. All united moving & storage did the same with me. They showed up every time I needed them. When they finally showed up on the relocation day, they cast their performance spell. The error free dismantling, wrapping and packing up things were way too much beyond expectation. Their crews transferred my goods to my new place safely. I think I am satisfied. All united moving & storage is a good one.

I was looking for an average performance / service. All united moving & storage has that higher reputation. I hired them for moving from KS to MA. It was good in every angle. The agent, the rep, the crews, and the driver everyone was very devoted to what they do. That’s sums up a wonderful move with no error and no breakage. I rate All united moving & storage 5 out of 5.

The foreman and his colleagues helped with my move last month. The rates were the best I found onthe market and worth every penny. They arrived early in the morning, worked tirelessly and brought some protective kit especially for the delicate items and they kept my carpet nice and clean throughout. What was really lovely though is that they even helped me fix a showcase that I'd had trouble with for a while, whipping out their tool set to sort it without me asking! I would recommend All united moving without reservation. Really great job!

This company really does not have it. They under quoted me $340 for a job that they charged $728. They told me I had 45 days free storage, NOT, they are charging me $130. So so disappointed in this company. I will never ever even come close to using this company. If Mark is your quoter, ask for someone more competent !!!

We just had a very smooth move from TX to KY. I had called several moving companies before and we decided on All united moving & storage because of their excellent reviews, prompt replies, and fair prices. I had several questions before the move date and my rep always replied quickly. He also checked in before, during, and after the move which I liked. Our 3 person team was very professional, thorough and easy to work with. Very nice guys! I hope I never have to move again but if I do, I will definitely use All united moving & storage.

It was fine state of affair for me when I was blindly looking for a good mover at the eleventh hour. I got All united moving & storage referred by my friend. It was such a relief to dump all the responsibilities on their shoulders. And they were perfect on taking that. Their good packing, good moving, damage free transportation and damage free storing made my day. Thanks All united moving & storage.

Took 4 weeks to get my things, instead of the 4 days I was told, then a lot of my things didn't make it, and 3 pieces of furniture were destroyed. I got 2 boxes that belong to someone else. This is the worst moving experience I have ever had, and this company doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I think All united moving & storage has proved themselves to me as a quality service provider. I judge on some very vital criteria, such as, punctuality, commitment and end result. Let me tell you how they met those criteria pretty well. Their customer support executive gave me a schedule and it was maintained all through the time. They sent an efficient team with great enthusiasm. They finished the work with zero damage of any property of mine. Also, my new place was loaded on time. When I paid the bill, I paid right that amount that was written on quotation. I think the service quality is high and it is strictly maintained by All united moving & storage. Very positive approach.

Knew it was apartment home with a unit number. Brought 18 wheeler that could not turn in. Rented a Uhaul at a cost of additional all $700 to be paid in cash before moving from shuttle-2 hrs later. The issue is that they used only the street address and ignored the position of the unit.

A rating of 1 is too kind! Do not hire them!
