Bruce is the best guy to deal with, and if you need a car see Bruce and if you need service see Ahmad. They were hundreds less than the Mercedes dealer and there shop was really nice!

My vehicle came in with a clink and the staff addressed my problem with honesty & confidence. Would recommend to friends!!!

Infinitech Auto Service was very prompt. They were on time with everything. It was a good experience overall. I didn't have that much work done, so it was not that big of a deal. I left the car there, and it came back cleaner than when it left, which was nice. Infinitech was good overall.

I found out about this business from my father's neighbor. I've been visiting Infinitech Auto Service for my car's alignment for a long time. It only costs 35 bucks. I also like Infinitech's employee laid back demeanor and honesty. The mechanics multitask and doesn't let calls go to an answering machine. Which I find very cool. They just replaced my rear struts including parts and labor plus alignment for $285. Not bad!

They beat the luxury dealers' service departments hands down--so much cheaper and, quite unlike the dealerships, they seem to want to help you avoid costly unnecessary repair bills. The place is clean and the staff friendly and knowledgable. Fast in/out service and great West River North location. They work on all luxury and other cars, and have compatible computer diagnostic capabilities. Free car wash, even after minor service. I've only had one service done so far but I plan to be back; I am so glad to have another option besides the rip-off lying cheating stealing dealership. Thank you Infinitech!
