I came home from work today and the temp in my house was 52 degrees, and the furnace would not kick on. I checked it out (knowing full well I couldn't figure it out), then immediately called Ultra Clean (those guys are awesome also), Ultra Clean called A1 for me and 1 hour later Wade showed up at my door and nother hour later, my heater is running and house is starting to warm up! Thank you Wade, for the quick service!

Had my furnace circuit board fail and called Perfect Air in the early morning hours. Their HVAC guy Wade was incredible who was able to quickly figure out my furnace problem in 4 degree weather. I have called on Perfect Air twice in 2 years and their team is always professional with the quick response time. I have been impressed with their services that I signed up for their Service Partner program after this last experience.

A1 Plumbing and Perfect Air installed a new water heater, furnace and AC unit for us. Jason, Corey, Kelly and Kasey were all very professional, prompt, respectful of our home and their workmanship was excellent. I have recommended them to several people since they completed our installation and I am confident they will continue to provide superior service.

We came home from a brief trip and found our house much colder than usual. Although we turned up the thermostat, nothing happened and there was no ignition. We called "Perfect Air" and quickly had service. Cory G. was here with a smile and great support! He was able to get the part we needed to make it work until we are ready to replace the complete furnace. We have family with young children coming in a couple days so they will be warm and toasty thanks to Cory! Thank you for the fabulous and quick service!!! We have used A1 for plumbing and they are now our heating call. Thank you so much and happy new year from our warm house.

Kelly came out to install my new pristine air filter and I had asked a question about the heat in our upstairs. He was more than helpful in teaching me how to use my new thermostat as I was not present when the installers put in our new unit. He walked me through all the steps and showed me how to run the entire panel and was very kind! A+++ Perfect Air, your service was great! Thanks Kelly and Merry Christmas!

Corey and Kelly from A1 Perfect air installed a furnace and ac unit for us. They were quick, respectful of me and our home and helpful with the instructions on how to use the units. We have used A1 for several years and are very pleased with the service we get.

Shaun Haacke from Pefect Air serviced my air conditioner. Shaun informed me of what duties he would perform to service the air conditioner. He gave me options for services performed and the cost. He answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. Great representative of his company!!
