We were very impressed with Snell Plumbing & Heating. We called up in the morning, they let us know when they'd be over. Then the technician called to say he was on the way. The gentleman who came over was extremely friendly and explained everything in language we could understand. All in all, we would not hesitate to call them next time.

I am glad that my air conditioning system is finally working. Snell plumbing and heating did an excellent job and they were very nice to me. I am very happy.

I usually do minor plumbing repairs myself because I have had bad experiences with pros I've used in the past. BUT, since I've been using these guys for the last year, I pretty much just call them up directly before even checking out the problem myself. I am perfectly fine just sending them to the tenant without me and trusting that the work will be done. I never have to worry about pricing or reliability with these guys. They even clean up the floors real nice after they are done working. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Snell fixed my heater and explained in plain simple language what was wrong and even showed me exactly what he did, de-mystifying the process. He is amazing.
