The best place to go in and have your car serviced. I took my cars in for there routine servicing. The techs at Tildens are knowledgable and know what they are doing. The atmosphere is very friendly and great to be around. The management is wonderful. I would recommend them to everyone. They have the cheapest oil changes in town. $15 is a great price.

Stay away, they do not care for those who are not of their kind. Took my car in for oil change, left with an altered vehicle and not for the best....I would definitely not recommend Tilden to friends or family. I spoke to the manager and he told me that I was obsurd for making such accusations? He would not listen to a word I said, I'm definitely not of his kind....KEEP AWAY

I first heard about Tidlen Car Care from a frield who learned of them on Angie's List. A few months later they opened a location between my home and work (on Alta Mere, Ft Worth). I stopped in one day to take advantage of the $15 oil change and tire rotation and was pleased with their promptness. Yesterday on my way to work I stopped there to get an estimate on a repair. Within 30 minutes they had my estimate and offered to fix it the same day! I said "that would be great" and without hesitation Crystal (the "receptionist") dropped what she was doing to take me to work. It was an all day repair and my car was not finished until minutes before they closed, but they took their time to complete the work and drive it around the block before handing the keys back. They even took time to chat with me and my husband even after they had technically closed. I never felt rushed or unappreciated. The repairman even replaced a few other parts (costing just a few dollars) that he noticed should be replaced. He said it would be a shame not to replace them since it was already taken apart and the parts were only a few dollars. I had to return today as my cruise control was not working. Once again, Crystal did not hesitate to interupt a repairman and he immediately walked to my car and connected a wire that they missed connecting yesterday. I was on the road on my way home within 2 minutes! The service was excellent (and the military discount was an added bonus)!!! I will be back for future repairs. Especially knowing you back almost all your work with a 12-month, 12,000-mile nationwide gaurantee! Thanks Tilden!
