The best place to have your car worked on. The staff was excellent. the cheapest place to get an oil change. Brandy was very helpful when I asked how long it would be. While waiting there is A Tv, free drinks and games for the kids to play.

The service was very good, fast and firendly service!!!

Got an inspection and oil changed while was working

After taking our vehicle there for a thermostat replacement and radiator cap ($400) we drive off the lot and get home to notice that the car is now LEAKING COOLANT and the engine is whinning like never before. We go to pop the hood and guess what, the latch that pops the hood is BROKEN! Hmmm...a bit suspicious wouldn't you say? If we are now leaking coolant and can not pop the hood to put new coolant in that means we will burn up the engine and be forced to go back to Tilden and pay more money. SCAM ARTISTS! Do not trust these guys. It is now the second day since I picked up my vehicle from Tilden in White Settlement and I am currently sitting on the side of the road awaiting a TOW TRUCK because thr vehicle is OVER HEATING!!!! They will pay for this or else I will sue their asses off. This is corrupt, evil, and just flat out wrong to screw innocent, hard working people out of money and their much needed vehicles who are already living paycheck to paycheck. I brought my vehicle there with high hopes but they have abandoned my trust and I feel like they are trying to scam me. Very disappointed. I will not be letting them get away with this...you can guarantee that. I have federal and local law enforcement family aswell as an incredible lawyer friend. We will have justice.

I would not trust these guys if you do your research and look up the part your car needs and everything you'd see how your being cheated. The staff talks to you like your a doddering old man, regardless how much you might already know about cars. If you want to blow your money but get the same service you could get some where else for a better price go.

The service was fast but my car was altered by Tilden employees, you know who you are. When I took my car in I was the only one there but right before I walked in the door two ladies stormed out extremely upset and yelling. When they took my car in they closed all doors so I could not see what they were doing. The vehicle was taken in for an oil change but instead my tire weights were removed? My vehicle now shakes everytime I stop at a red light, its never done this before until Tilden got their hands on it. If you value your vehicle Do Not stop here for service.

Avoid this place at all costs. This was a horrible experience. This place was recommended to us by a friend (who will no longer go here either), the clerk told us the car would be ready by 5pm (so that the kids could be picked up from daycare) and if it was not going to be ready that we'd receive a call. After not receiving a call my husband and his friend went to go pick the car up at 5:30 only to find out its not ready. They were told 'its almost ready' so they waited & waited. Mean time the children are sitting at daycare (which charges a 1$ a min per child after 6pm) so its now 6:20, my husband says he can wait no longer for the car. So they give him the keys and tell him to bring it back tomorrow so they can finish. He takes it back, at 10 am he gets a call the car is ready, he goes to pick it up-they then say no the cars not ready. His friend had dropped him off and he needed to get back to work so he had to have the car, he's obviously livid at this point. Then we take it in on Saturday so they can finish the work they never completed (they never gave us the inspection sticker though they charged us for it) and then they yell at my husband and tell him if he wants the sticker he'll have to have some else 'with a better attitude' bring the car in. So basically they stole from us y charging for a service not provided, and caused us multiple inconveniences. Horrible customer service, plus on Saturday while I was there one of the mechanics was SMOKING in the garage where they do the repairs, right next to a NO SMOKING sign. Ridiculolus!! If you care about service, convenience, and safety DO NOT GO HERE!!

Great Service, clean atmosphere, friendly staff. Had my truck in there about a week ago, thought it was something minor turned out the repaiman said it was something major. Thanks Tildens for catching that for me before I really did some damage

I was referred by a friend,which is saying a lot coming from him. They did a new transmission and brakes on my 93 Saturn. My car is running a whole lot better now

Super reasonable. I had been calling around about having my motor replaced in my car and everyone was outrageous! Friend told me to call Tildens they were cheaper than the other places . Would highly recommend this place of buisness

Courteous! Had tires done there last week and they were on top of it. Didn't have to wait very long either.
