Not only did I get the place of my dreams at an amazing price, I was able to build a lasting relationship with Mitch my realtor. The website is top notch and the people there are the best around.

In late April 2009, we began the search for our new home in Chicago. Flying blind, we drove into the city and grabbed some local real estate magazines. We came across a Dream Texas Lease Houses ad and gave them a call. You were the first realtor we spoke to and you made time to see us that very afternoon. To be honest, we were terrified. While we had bought a home before, this was the first time buying in a major metropolitan area. We really didn't know what to expect or what to look for. Determined not to use the first agent we spoke to, we gave you a "test run" and looked at the properties you sent us. You seemed to be working tirelessly to ask us the right questions to get us the right place. You answered every question we asked of you and if you didn't know it you always got back to us within minutes and with vast amounts of info. After the first tour, we got a really good feeling and agreed that you had your finger on the pulse of what we wantedýwithout even knowing what we wanted ourselves!! Turns out, you got it exactly right!! Even when we couldn't decide, you helped us out; giving us pros and cons and then letting us decide for ourselves. You knew so much about each property we toured and if you weren't sure you would ask the listing realtor hard questions to get the facts; good or bad. We couldn't have had a better experience.
