I was getting my furnace serviced by Al's Heating Services and they are very professional and friendly both on the phone and in person. The service that they did was top notch and it works as if it were brand new. Thank you for doing such a great job.

They did a great job. Professional, pleasant, and good cost. Our furnace quit in the middle of a winter storm and the house was freezing. My frantic call to the office was handled very nicely and efficiently. They were able to stop by in an hour to make repairs. They patiently answered all my questions, showed me the problem, and fixed it ASAP. Highly recommend Al's Heating Service.

Al's Heating Services installed my AC unit many, many years ago and they were, by far, the most professional outfit that provided a quote to me. Today, I called them again to replace my water heater, and they did a great job. The technician was very thorough, polite and finished the installation in 3 hours. I highly recommend them. I have compared others and Al's has always been superb.

I have used Al's heating and air for many years both in my business and home. They are great at doing general HVAC checkups, but also very quick and professional when you have a problem that needs to be fixed. The techs are polite, honest and to the point. They seem to be able to repair anything almost immediately and they leave without a big mess. Great service and no worries, a perfect combo....

Al's Heating service repaired my oil fired boiler. Apparently they also repair radiator heating systems. I was very satisfied with my service and would recommend them to everyone.

I cannot say enough positive things about Al's Heating Service. After being ignored or misled by several other contractors, I contacted them about a problem that I had been dealing with for a year. They took the time to come over, listen to the issues, investigate, ask questions and then offer a solution. In other words, they worked to solve my problem They undertook a major job, started on schedule, and finished ahead of time. They never asked for a penny until the job was done to my satisfaction. I have found that all contractors are happy to sell you new equipment and parts. Very few are willing to actually help solve a difficult problem and that is good service. I recommend Al's Heating Service without hesitation.

I am a HUGE fan - great service, quality workmanship, and easy to work with. Their customer service folks are outstanding - easy to understand, always friendly and upbeat, and make you feel like a person rather than just a job. I hang up the phone with a smile on my face after calling them - not really a common feeling when calling for home repairs. Their repair folks have been very professional, respectful of our time and our home, and efficient in their work. The man we've worked with is great about explaining exactly what's wrong, our options to fix it, and estimated costs and labor to complete the job before we agree to it. Highly recommended!

I talked with 3 other contractors in regards to HVAC duct work, and none of them compare to Al. As first-time home owners, we were afraid of being taken advantage of since we have no experience with these types of issues. They took extra time and care in educating us about our house. Everything they said made perfect sense, unlike the other contractors we spoke with. So we went with our gut instinct and hired them to do the job, and we are very happy we did! They arrived on time, gave them instructions for the job, and came back afterwards to inspect their work. Very responsible and reasonably priced - I would definitely hire them again for any future needs.

We have a 3 story town home, 13 yrs old, just moved in and we were tired of cleaning\dusting and 1 hr later dust on furniture, so we called this company last Tuesday, the lead tech and his helper showed up on time, the lead explained everything, with the process, steps, and called me to see the before and after results of their work... they made us feel very comfortable and at ease... very detailed with his work and his helper never missed a step to ensure all was in place and gathered. After they finished, the lead tech walked us throw to overview it all and I can't say anymore of what a great job\great workers and made us very happy, we recommend this folks over all. They came and did an excellent and meticulous job installing two large/heavy air conditioners. They didn't rush and took their time to ensure they were done right and installed solidly. Terrific attention to detail and cleanup afterwards.

Al is a JERK!!!!!

If any one out there hires this company you are in for the nightmare of your life!!!! All I needed was an in wall AC. How hard could that be. Al came to my home a wonderful sweetheart. Sold me an air conditioner at a great price. Then the nightmare began. He called me the day before the install to up sell me another unit, which I bought. Then the next day Moe and Larry came over to do the job. I don't know where Curly was that day, he must have took the day off. Any way they proceeded to cut the whole in my wall using a hammer and chisel to remove the bricks from inside my bedroom and threw all the bricks on my bedroom floor. They forgot the cement broke a saw and still tried to cut the whole in my beautiful home. I threw them out. I had to hire a brick home builder the next day to fix the damage. Now Al is a real jerk and screwing me around. HE IS A BLATANT LIAR AND SCHEMER BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

I have had many wonderful experiences dealing with Al's Heating Services. I will definitely hire them again next time.

A few months back the boiler in my 1920s house stopped blowing cold air. Fearing a very expensive repair but having no choice I found Al's. I made the call on a Thursday. Friday morning, right on time, the crew came to my house. Within 20 minutes the unit was blowing hot air.
