My laundry sewer line was totally blocked. So I called RotoRooter Saturday morning 11 am. She said come by 1 pm. but she called again technician coming late. finally arrived around 5 pm. Technician was friendly and nice. Estimate was more than I thought but anyway I don't have a choice. It takes more than 1 hour for fix the problems. he did good job.

The technician (Ken 3761) was very professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in detail, and answered all my questions. They will able to come quickly and provide a FREE estimate before doing the work. I was very pleased with the work, and we would not hesitate to call them again. They explained the entire process and cleaned up before leaving. I would definitely recommend RR Plumbing Roto-Rooter of Farmingdale, NY to my family and friends.

This was the 2nd time I called Roto Reuter on a weekend, both times on a weekend. My favorite thing about Roto-Reuter actually showed up! All the other "24 hour" plumbers had an answer service that said the plumbers were out o jobs and they would call me back. None of them called back. Roto Reuter actually gave me time frame and showed up as promised. My 1st experience was with a clogged toilet. Peter arrived cleared it quickly and gave me some great advice. The price was right for a Sunday,even used a coupon. This time my upstairs toilet tank was overflowing on a Saturday night. Marian arrived within an hour of my call and again the problem was fixed quickly. Both Marian and Peter were courteous and professional. Both times I was given a price before they started the work. It is a great comfort knowing their is a company I can depend on for after hours plumbing emergencies at a reasonable price.

Had a bathroom drain problem. Here in less then two hours on a friday night. Would recommend. Nice people to deal with.

We had a very positive experience with Roto-Rooter. We needed their emergency services on three separate occasions to unblock a clogged sewer line, replace a cracked toilet and locate and repair a slab leak at our home in Mt. Sinai, NY. The technicians from Roto-Rooter arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, quoted the price to correct the problem and then immediately went to work. Other plumbing companies offered to diagnose the problem and return at a later date to do the work. When your sewer line is backing up into the house, or the toilet is leaking in the house or a slab leak is flooding the house - you need immediate service - not a promise to return at a later date. We were pleased with the professionalism of Steve and Bill who worked very diligently to correct our plumbing problems. If you need prompt, emergency service now not later, call Roto-Rooter.

They came as soon as I called. We had two workers at our house and they were both nice and handled the problem. I would defiantly recommend this company.

I've used Roto-Rooter before for another job and was very pleased so when I found a mystery leak coming from an upstairs bathroom, without hesitation - I called them. Bill #1556 showed up at the exact time promised, he located the source of the leak and corrected the problem quickly. The tub overflow drain was not installed properly 11 years ago and had slowly been leaking until it got to the point where I was seeing water spots on my ceiling. Bill reinstalled the gasket, made sure it was secure and tested it several times. I was very please overall with this service and with Bill and will certainly use them again should the need arise! Thanks!!!

I only use Roto-Rooter for all my plumbing needs, for the past 16 years. They are

extremely reliable, courteous , and educational when performing repairs at my home.

The plumber, Josh # 348, arrived on Sunday evening at 9 pm, after I called them with

my problem after 8 pm. Josh meticulously diagnosed and trouble shooted the problem with my bathroom shower, and stayed till 11 pm to make sure we had use

of running water and toilets through the night. He promptly returned by noon the next

day with the part needed to finish the repair. He instructed me on preventing clogged

drains , with their drain cleaner that I purchased ,and their cesspool cleaning services for future needs. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone needing plumbing work. I am extremely happy with the repair of my shower and tub.

It was a Saturday afternoon and we were supposed to have 10 people over for a dinner party. I took a shower in my upstairs bathroom and, unfortunately, water started backing up in the drains downstairs and onto my den carpet. I called Roto-Rooter and they came within an hour and had my main drain cleared right before my guests arrived. The tech was knowledgeable and courteous. He gave me info on how to prevent this in thee future. I would highly recommend them for your drain service needs.

Picked Roto-Rooter from the Yellow Pages for an unknown leak in first floor ceiling. Serviceman arrived in a resonable amount of time and assessed the problem quickly. Bill N was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and informative. He took care to protect our furniture and floor when opening the ceiling and to clean up when done. We were very pleased with the service and would use again

I had a very bad clog that left my bathroom sink and kitchen sink draining extremely slow. It got so bad it was effecting the performance of the dishwasher. I found Roto-Rooter in the yellow pages. They are available at anytime without extra fees. The service man came promptly and took care of the clog within 20 minutes. He was very careful to cover under my sink with cardboard so nothing would splatter in my cabinet. The service man left everything clean and he was very effecient. I give them a high recommendation.

I saw the water in my basement and knew immediately that my sewer was backed up for the 2nd time in 9 months. When Bill came he was professional, courteous, helpful and sympathetic to my plight. In order to reach the pipe, many things had to be moved out of the way. Bill told me he would move the heavy boxes, if I started moving the light ones. That was a first for me! I've used Roto-rooter before, was satisfied, and came back.

The Roto-Rooter tech was at my house in less than 1 hour, he worked quick, neat and was very educated. I will recomend their service to all.

We've had a recurring problem of strong odor coming up from the shower drain, essentially a sewerage smell. We tried all of the usual over the counter drainage products but none worked.



I decided after this morning's shower that it was intolerable and unhealthy and phoned the local Roto-Rooter. Within one hour a serviceman called and ran an electric snake clearning what was most likely a hair and soap backup somewhere in the line.



In addition, he recommended maintenance of the plumbing line with an enzyme product used once a month, which I purchased.



I feel confident that Roto-Rooter solved the problem!

We had a leak in the basement from the boiler. Oil company said it was plumbing problem. We called Roto-Rooter. The technician, Tim, #3745,was on time and courteous. He appeared to know his business. He gave us an estimate and did the job. He was also neat. Cost: $230. About 10 minutes after he left we encountered another related problem. We called back, and had to wait quite a while for another technician (Lou). While the second technician knew his business, we were charged an additional fee of $140. We believe the second problem was a direct result of the first problem, and we shouldn't have been charged so much to fix the problem.

soon after moving in to our new house, my roommate and i noticed backing up in nearly all of our plumbing areas. roto-rooter was out within 2 hours, and spent hours trying to find an easy way to fix the problem. there was, sadly, no easy fix, but they were able to come back and completely fix (fingers crossed!) our pipes within days - despite it being a holiday weekend. they appreciated how awful it was for us to go without plumbing and resolved the issue in a day (a *very* long day for them on the hottest day of the year)

Your employee Bill immediately put me at ease as soon as he arrived and let me know that while I thought that my problem was terrible and insoluble Bill assured me that it was no such thing! His manor was that of a consummate professional and when he not only solved my sewer drainage blockage problem, but also showed me first- the proof of water flow via video camera; second- the long hidden access port, third fixed the leaking toilet tank, then provided the name of a person to contact concerning other work that I need

to have done I was truly pleased and thankful!!

Two guys turned up, i thought this wasnt going to be cheap as im paying for two guys when one is all i need. They quoted me a price $225 plus parts to fix a leaking kitchen sink. Ok i thought thats expensive but what the hell lets get it done. They encountered a small problem which meant the job was a little more complicated. Final bill $420. One hour of work, $33 in parts, im in the wrong business i fear. The were polite enough and came on time but you are paying throught the nose for simple plumbing work. Ohh and by the way they make you sign a piece of paper that says you cant go back and dispute the work or the price. I'll be going somewhere else from now on!
