We have been using Mattoni for years. They are absolutely the best and most professional workers around. We had no heat in the dead of winter and also had a pipe burst right before the ice storm Robert and Anthony came to our home right away and fixed it without hesitation. They new exactly what they were doing and did a quick and thorough job. I will always recommend this company to family and friends!

I googled heating & cooling companies in my area and decided to use Mattioni services based on reviews I read. Matt was the technician that came to do the yearly maintenance on my HVAC system. I found him to be very professional and friendly - explained everything clearly and best of all - did not try to upsell any unneeded services. When the time comes to replace my entire HVAC system, I will definitely call Mattioni services - quality and customer service are most important to me and I believe Matt provided both.

Mattioni is the company I will be using in the future for my home and business needs. I had a very professional and polite technician, Matt Johnson that represented Mattioni as a family base company with great values. There is no doubt in my mind that I will continue to recommend Mattiono to everyone I know!

Matt came to my work to fix our heat. He did it very fast and couldn't have been more professional. Hopefully he will be the guy next time we have a problem!

We had worked with Mattioni's in the past to install a separate heating/cooling unit when finishing our basement; so when the unit began to malfunction within 3 years of installation, we did not hesitate to contact them for service. Their technicians were very professional and clean on the job. They worked efficiently to both diagnose and address the issue. My major issue came with the cost for the job. They quoted us for 6 hours of labor at a very high rate to complete the process. The job itself took less than four hours to complete; so we thought that we would only pay for the time needed to actually complete the work. I was happy to see that was the case at the end of the day when presented with the invoice from their technician. A few days later we received another invoice where they had made an additional charge to our card for the full amount. When I tried to call to discuss this with them, it was a major game of frustration. I called two days in a row to no avail and finally was able to talk to someone on a Friday. I was told that they needed to discuss this with the technician. They told me they forgot to include a charge for an additional procedure that needed to be done. So I simply asked how much that cost. Needless to say, there was no clear response other than they had to talk with the technician and they would call me back. After waiting several more days, I called back again and magically a pricing book appeared where they could now tell me the specific cost. Where that book was the week before...I guess I'll never know. What I do know, is that we will not be requiring any future services from this company. Had they been clear and straightforward with me from the start, it would not have been an issue because their technicians do good work. However, this situation was both frustrating and insulting.

I had a great experience, Terry got to the home quickly, diagnosed the situation, called for help and Dave S was right there to lend a hand in replacing my kitchen drain line that froze up. They are truly a great plumbing company and responsive to all their customers. Thanks Mattioni!

If you ever need any plumbing done by nice and reliable people call this number. They come to your house and have very reasonable prices. The gentlemen Paul who came to my house was so friendly and nice and talked me through step by step what he was doing.
