There was something about the way US Movers Inc communicated with me that made me trust in them instantly. It’s very important to have the communications skills needed to make your client feel comfortable. The movers sent from the company were very capable and friendly. They packed up my whole apartment so fast. They finished the job so efficiently. Their efficiency ensured that I didn’t have to pay a cent extra for this move. All my stuffs were delivered safely and I just couldn’t be more thankful to these guys.

Most moving companies send two to three movers at a high hourly rate. While it sounds good on paper, three men are often not enough to carry big pieces of furniture and they are not cost effective at all. US Movers Inc, however, provide four movers for the same price and it really adds pace to the move. I was very surprised seeing how efficiently these men worked during my move. They packed everything with great care and took really good care of my old pieces. The breakables were separately packed with layers of newspaper in between each piece. The men were very coordinated among them and seemed like they have been working together for a long time. The delivery was made on time and all my things traveled safely.

I had moved my home two times recently. I contracted many companies. So I have a decent understanding and knowledge about the moving companies. In my last two move they broke a considerable lot of my properties. This is the first time I hired US Movers Inc. I have to say, they were nothing like the other companies. This moving company is not like other moving company. They really do care for you I must say! They try to make your move as smooth as possible and they also give you the cheapest deals ever! I do not know where these guys are from! These guys are amazing! So freaking strong and efficient! They carried down all my heavy furniture like light boxes and tin cans! They did not sweat it at all! And also they carried it down so well that there were no damages on my things! Not even a dent! Everything went so well! The delivery was on time and there were no extra fees. The moving guys helped me place the things in the rooms I wanted and also helped me decorate the new place. I would like say that US Movers Inc moved me without any damages and without any problems. They are very organized and professional. Doing a long distance move is not easy because there are many things that can go wrong. But the moving team was so skilled and experienced that there were no damages at all. The moving part was a bit tricky because we have so many things and most of them are art and sculptures. But this moving company moved everything like a breeze. They came in, worked till the job was done and left. No errors and no complications. We got everything back in just a few weeks and the good news is that none of it was harmed. These guys are really good at what they do and are also good at being warm, conversational and friendly, something you don't find with many other moving company crews. Never have we had any problems with these guys. In fact we have had good suggestions from them before, during and after the moves. I suggest this company to others and will continue to do so. In fact I have just asked them and received an estimate for a cross-state move that, hopefully, will happen within a month or two.

Take my advice and do not hire a moving company with least amount of experience just because they give you a lower quote. They end up damaging everything beyond any repair.
