We always feel like our dogs are well-cared for. We know if something was to happen with their health, the employees would get the necessary care for our pet. It is very clean, the employees and owner are always friendly and they know our dogs by name.

I like that my dog is never scared to go and that your staff calls her by name when I drop her off. I feel like she is in a safe place and the most comfortable kennel environment.

I was so happy to finally find a place where I feel comfortable leaving my 2 dogs! There are no cages at the Pet Ritz and they get plenty of exercise at play times. It also makes me more confortable knowing that there are attendants 24 hrs each day. The dogs are not left alone. The first time I boarded my dogs, they came home happy and acted like they had not been away. When I used to board my dogs at the old place, they acted strange for a day or two after I picked them up. Yea, Pet Ritz!! Thank you!

My personal view really doesn't count as much as my dog's opinion. After I took my dog to daycare a couple of times, she started pulling me through the door on subsequent visits! She starts whining when we get within a block of the Pet Ritz now and can't wait to get in there to play with the other dogs!! I don't feel guilty any more when I go to work. If I could afford to take her, she would go play every day!!
