Here at Freedom we have undergone several changes from a year ago. One of which is how we are committed to understanding customer requests and fullfilling them to the best of our ability. So I know this response is long overdue and we have changed how we do anything and everything. So please accept our apology for your experience and just know that is not how we do business here at Freedom now.

Provided by YP.comI love Chevrolet cars. They always seem to last long. I sent my Aveo to get an oil change and I ended up buying a 2010 Malibu. The sales person (Roslyn) was nice at first. Told her I wanted to stay at 350 and I ended up with a 410 payment with everything. It was a great deal and I couldn’t pass it up.
I signed all the paperwork and was ready to get all my stuff out of my old car into my new one. It was still in the dock waiting to get the oil change done and I didn’t have the keys. She said she would get my keys from the service manager so I can get my stuff out but never did. As soon as I signed all the paperwork she completely forgot about me. She was out helping some other customer so she could make a sale.
My husband and I waited 3 hours for her till finally we went up to the service manager ourselves, furious, and got it done ourselves.
The next day I picked up my floor mats. To much of my surprise it took 3 hours to tracker her down and get my mats.
3 days after I bought my car I realized it was missing the cargo nets. I have tried calling her constantly and even showing up at Freedom Chevrolet only to have “missed her” or rudely been told to “give me your number and I will call you back”. It has been three weeks and I still haven’t gotten them.
I have tried to speak to a manager about her but not one of them have called me back.
I will never go there ever again. I will stick to Classic Chevrolet like I should have done.
I do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced here at Freedom. I can assure you however we have made many changes to our process and policy to make sure such incidents rarely occur if they occur at all. Please know that we do hold every customer in the highest regard and consider them the most valuable asset to ours or any business.
