While the people are nice and I think this company is trying to do good things, their website is painful, their discounts almost always require phone or livechat help, their chat help people are tremendously slow because the companies policies of which discounts can go where are so confusing the employees can't even figure them out. To just put together an order of 2 license plate frames with 2 gift cards and a discount took the chat person A FULL 45 MINUTES, and then the estimated shipping cost changed as soon as I went to check out. Also, the company offered most of these reviewers a $25 gift card for a nice review. If you call anyone who sends you an email and leave a message, they won't get back to you. Nice people, awfully run organization. After I used up my gift card, I had to pledge to myself that I wouldn't waste my time dealing with them again.

Sales are very good people. But return services are not so smooth. I order a body kit from them, they didn't had the right pictures online website. Whatever I received was pretty much a junk. Ended up spending more money then the original cost of the bumper itself. Return services are claim to be good but are poor.

This is my first time using CARID. I ordered a trailer hitch for a Traverse. I received it within 4 days of ordering. It was easier to install then they claimed. It took me about 20 minutes laying on my back in an open field.
