Tint plus serves in the best way

Awful. Worst customer service ever. Made an appt to have remote start put in - Tim tells us that a valet key needs made - he calls Mazda dealership to set it up. Tells us that worst case scenario the valet key would cost 90$. My vehicle sits at the Mazda dealership ALL DAY without being looked at because whoever dropped my car off told them that my key fobs weren't working and needed reprogrammed. When my car was finally looked at at Mazda, both keys worked *shocker.* Tim kept the car overnight at Tint Plus, was supposed to have it done before 2 pm the next day. When Matt doesn't hear from him by 1PM, he calls Tint Plus and another guy claims there was a "family emergency" and my car wasn't able to get done. We toij it upon ourselves to get the valet key made since apparently there was some horrible communication skills between Tint Plus and Mazda. ..cost us $150. ���� Matt reschedules the install for the following Monday, at 10 AM. Employees arrive a half hour late, receptionist calls us and says car will be done between 4 & 5. Receptionist calls a few hours later and says come closer to 5... we show up at 5 on the nose and Tim says oh I have it all tore up downstairs I have about a half hour of work left on it. Need to have more than one know it all in the place. And one with better customer service skills. Very disappointed. Will never be getting my business again.

I had dascam to be installed, they told me it cost $85 and made an appointment for 2 days later, next day they called and left a message that my dashcam uses 5 volt but tbe cigarette lighter uses 12 volt, and cost is going to be $175, there was no way they would known if it was 5 or 12 and I looked at manual, it was 12 volt, I guss they saw me that I was interested to do this and tried to overpriced me.

When I called to order a trailer hitch, I was quoted am INCLUSIVE price of $169.95. When the local store called me to confirm, the price jumped to $270! I told them that was not acceptable and to just order me the hitch itself and I would pick it up. I was told that the INCLUSIVE price of the hitch was $139.95. When I went to pick up the hitch, they would not give it to me unless I paid an additional $10 in tax. Since I was NEVER informed that there would be an additional costs, I called to speak with the customer service department. After bouncing me around to 5 different people, I finally had someone tell me that he would have quoted me an installation price of $180 and that I should be happy! I have no problem paying tax if I was told that it was not included in my original quote. I asked the orginal agent several times if the price she gave me was all I would have to pay. So rather than admitting a mistake and eating the $10 in tax, UHAUL in Moon refunded my money for the trailer. I will NEVER deal with this poorly run organization again. Everytime I talked to someone new, it was a new (higher)price. 9 days after my debit card had already been charged and I still was not in possesion of MY hitch because they wouldn't release it to me. What a customer service nightmare! BUYER BEWARE!
