Work done - Fixed the shower handle in my guest bathroom, fixed running toilet in master bathroom, tightened faucet on tub in master bathroom, diagnosed problems with guest bathroom's tub spout, kitchen faucet and master bathroom's jacuzzi tub jets.Originally, I called to have some work done on my guest bathroom's shower handle. Since we hardly use it, over time the handle has slowly become harder and harder to turn on and off. At first, the servicemen thought they needed to replace the valve on it. They ordered the part and returned to complete the work once the part came in. However, once the new part was in, the problem still continued. The two men finally determined that the shower handle hardware was installed to tight and set in too far when the builders built my home in 2006. The servicemen explained every hurdle to me and my husband as they went along and were determined to find a solution to our shower handle problem. After they fixed our shower handle, we felt comfortable having them look over other minor (but frustrating) plumbing problems around the house. They fixed my running toilet in less than 2 minutes and my tub faucet within 15. They diagnosed 3 other problems for me and told me how I can get replacement parts, some free under the manufacturer's warranty, and do it myself. All together, they were at my house fixing and diagnosing things for about 2 hours. They charged me $85/hr plus $75 for the new valve that they put in. Since the servicemen were so thorough, attentive and customer friendly, I feel that it was money well spent.I definitely recommend their service.

Had a problem with the toilet and out side water connection as always called Cove Plumbing, they were able to send plumbers out the next day. Tony and Reggie professional, They did their job proficiently as well as getting fast. I have always gone to Cove Plumbing for all my plumbing needs, I have never been disappointed.

I recently had another Plumbing Company fix a broken pipe outside my home. It was pointed out that the pipe was crushed and needed replacing. To make a long story short, the job was very unprofessional and sloppy. I called Cove Plumbing to see if they could fix the mess that the other plumber had made of my pipes and home. Tony, Reggie, and Roberto were very prompt and early on the scheduled appointment day. They were very professional, clean, and well mannered. They rerouted my pipes inside the walls, where they should have been in the first place, drained and moved the hot water heater, and neatly removed a minimal section of my garage wall. Tony went to work to remove the horror the other plumber had left sticking out of my wall and very professionally and neatly repaired and rerouted the pipes. He was very careful and precise about his soldering, doing a very neat and professional job. They tested everything for leaks and correctness. Using a piece of material that I had, they even covered the small area in the wall that they had removed, then moved and reconnected the hot water tank. When they were finished, they cleaned up and removed all debris from the work area. Tony answered all questions that I had and even gave me some pointers on keeping my hot water tank serviced. The entire team was professional and courteous throughout the appointment. This is what will keep me coming back.

We had a fast leak from a hose bib at the front of the house. I called and within a couple of hours Tony was at my door to repair. The cost was quite reasonable, and Tony is friendly and professional.

We have used Cove for years and they never let us down. This current problem was handled quickly and professionally. Best of all- Tony (and Jonathan) diagnosed the leak problem with as little damage to the area in the house as possible meaning less fix-up down the line. --The office workers who do the scheduling are very polite and courteous.

we didn't know how to cut off the water that was flooding our bathroom, hallway and bedroom after my husband accidentally nailed into a pipe while installing a floor...Cove Plumbing was the first company that i called and within 15 minutes the plumber called us and told us how to do shut off the water and within several hours, he was here and our busted pipe was repaired...what a relief!!...now i have to wait for our homeowner's insurance adjuster to come out, but not until Monday! Thanks for working on the weekend!

I have used Cove Plumbing once before. I had guests over the weekend and the worst possible thing happened!!!! The dreaded stopped up toilet!!!!! The technician Tony was wonderful then, and was the same this visit. He was very professional about the job and very friendly. I will definitely continue to use Cove Plumbing for all future plumbing needs!!!!!

Cove plumbing is a wonderful plumbing company! Tony came out on a Sunday to fix my water heater. Super job. Then a couple weeks later I received a letter from the city of cove that the Irrigation system needed to be inspected. Really not knowing who provides this service. I called cove plumbing Tony and Anthony came out did a wonderful job. Today, I had two leaks in the bathrooms upstairs and a sink that a stopper broke Tony and Leslie came an fixed everything.Very satisfied with the services and friendly technicians that cove plumbing provides. Cove Plumbing came out and fixed my water heater is was not heating at all... I called the office and they were very nice on the phone and sent Richard out the same day I called...... Thank you Cove Plumbing... I have hot water now... Yes I will use and recommend them to everybody!!!!!
