No pressure sales. Brought my 2 kids with me to the show room and was greeted and treated well by Kornelia who answered all my questions and presented recommendations and suggestions for everything including material types, edge finishes, and sink options.
Price was reasonable.
They worked with my schedule to get the measurements done which took very little time. On-time arrival and very professional with care and attention to detail.
The guys came in the morning and did the installation, which was done within an hour -this included center island, small island, 2-piece install on one wall, and long section on the sink wall. Everything went smoothly and fit perfectly without any problems. Will gladly recommend Granite Kitchen & Bath to friends and family.

Total waste of time. This company is 1,000,000% unprofessional.
Long story short
They never return phone calls as told. When they tell you to call back and you ask to speak to Martin, Damian responds. If not Damian, the secretary. If not the secretary, the "boss". It's a joke. They call themselves professionals but really, they are not. They just do a template without surveying where the granite will go. You could have the stove facing the wrong way or even have a cat standing on top and they'll put the template where they "professionally" say it would go. Waste of time and money.

Working with Granite Kitchen & Bath has been a pleasure. They were very fast in turning around a quote and always available via phone or email. They were available to template and install when we needed them; even with very short notice. They were very reasonably priced and even traveled 2 hours away for a job. I am now working with them on another job and will continue to use them in the future for anything in the NY, NJ, PA area.

Granite Kitchen & bath installed my counter top in my master bathroom.
I chose them based on great reviews and a very competitive price.
Kornelia and Shantel are very nice to work with, and they did a great job.
The whole process was quick, stress-free, and the finished vanity looks gorgeous.

Granite kitchen & bath has impressed me from the very beginning, I have my kitchen remodel and as soon as i walk in at gkb i knew at was at the right place. Kornelia and the girls are so helpful and understanding. I got a quote, & was ready to template made my appointment and when that was done went back to make a final selections and a 75% deposit.The installation guy contacted me after the 6th day and i got installed. I'm a happy customer that will definitely be coming back and will referred all my family and friends. Thanks Kornelia

We worked with Granite Kitchen and Bath on our kitchen countertops. They were punctual, knowledgeable, and all around pleasant to work with. He took time to understand our needs & priorities in terms of materials and budget. Their installers were also very neat and professional.

EXCELLENT! I found this company online and was impressed with the reviews. I contacted them for a quote on a new counter top for my kitchen. Their prices are really good, but there work is super. My kitchen looks marvelous!Kornelia is really good at what she does. I need it to be quick since I had visitors coming to my house, and she promised to install everything in less than 5 days of coarse with a rush fee,which i didn't mind. YES! Amazing.. I totally recommend them. Trust me, you won't regret it.

GKB has the largest selection of QUALITY slabs at the best price. I looked at 3-4 different slab vendors. Either the vendors were over pricing their stock or their slabs were uninspiring. The quartzite I ultimately chose was something I found ONLY at GKB. It was the “yes” moment I was waiting for.

It was so easy ! the girls are so nice and helpful. the installer's where great and they cleaned up after them self. im so happy and my granite look Beautiful !!

I recommend Granite Kitchen & Bath in Clifton, without reservation. And they worked hard for us to earn that review. GK&B partners with the company we bought our kitchen cabinets from, but we weren't set on purchasing from them. But after looking at other locations, it was clear that they had a great selection for great prices so there was no reason to go somewhere else. The purchase, templating and install went fine - no usual waits or communication issues.
We purchased an unusual granite - it has lots of colors and is very veiny, which makes it more prone to cracks along the vein. We were not aware of that when we selected it. About 3 months after install we noticed 2 different cracks that went all the way through the granite, by the kitchen sink. One had taken in water.
Like many like businesses, GK&B takes only cash and bank checks, so we were gearing ourselves up for a battle, and we could not have been more wrong. They were responsive and attentive. Within a week there was someone here to look at the cracks. They gave us more then one option for how we could handle the problem. They did right by us in every way possible, and never once made us feel as if we were over-reacting or being unreasonable.

The very first thing people comment on in our new kitchen is the countertop - it's just stunning and unusual. And we could not be happier how GK&B worked with us.

The process was amazing, the sales rep were so helpful and the installers were on time and my quartzite looked amazing with my black cabinets.

delivered dusty, then sealed with oil based sealer, this is very good. now you need to sign off on product DO NOT sign or pay the cash balance. YOU need to see the stone DRY to see the scratches and nicks! tell them to come back for final payment after you have time to check for scratches. best not to use this company, not worth the discount.

Unfortunately bad experience all around. When at yard choosing the granite, I stood back and watched as associates would pick and choose who they were going to help. They wanted to overcharge us for something we had already paid. Totally irresponsible with appointment time. Finally when all installed it had chips everywhere scratches and dull, spots filled in and it was so obvious that you can spot a mile away and they refused to replace. I would never recommend this place especially to first timers. They obviously don't have customer service and don't believe in keeping customers. Disappointed!!!

Great company,they're whole sealers so their prices are truly unbeatable and their work is very clean. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. I'm very happy with this company and my new countertops.

Extremely rude once they have your money

Cannot complain about installers or stone but since stone is stone, why not go somewhere where you are treated well?

1-2 months later, 9,000.00 , I was a stranger to them.

Skip it.

They are extremely rude. Remodeled 2 bathrooms, one before the other. They changed prices on me several times. I was quoted $2300, then when I went to give deposit it became $2500 and then when realized they had to come back out for the second bath they charged me and extra $200.



Use any other company. Stay away from these people.

Courteous service, best prices around, great quality products and super efficient and flawless installation! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
