Our current manager is one of the best we have seen from the good people at Rosen Management. He has dealt with problems in a calm manner and since we have many, he is able to handle whatever comes up. He has saved our association money and has become a true friend to our community.

I have been on the board of our 20 unit condo complex for a while now. I have seen several managers come and go but Rosen has proven to be very responsive and reliable. They are a very competent and attentive.

Its great to know that when an emergency comes up you are always there for us. Thank you for responding immediately either in person or by phone.

It is a pleasure working with you and the HOA, Some places really treat the retail owners as a nuisance, no matter how nice I try to be.

Chuck is a very responsive and thoughtful guy. Very organized in supporting our building operation. He has a great set of characteristics for a property manager.

These folks are completely on top of their game, very nice. And Tina; you did a great job getting those proposals between meetings.

Thanks, you guys are sweet! At first the Delta went through a couple different companies until we found Rosen. The people there are great. I have relied on your work and experience for a long time now.

Chuck from Rosen Management Services took over a 17 unit condo building and has been amazing ever since. He has been responsible for several major improvements including a new roof, major masonry work and new roof-top decks. He is a hard worker and responsive to the needs of the building and its' occupants. I highly recommend Chuck and Rosen Management Services based on my personal experience.

I think everyone that works their is really good, and Randy Rosen is a really good guy, and also Ron Klippel is. You should be happy If Rosen Management is managing you!

The women that they employ at this place are unprofessional, rude skanks with hooker nails and terrible language skills. They could care less about what the owner needs or wants, and as the above poster mentioned, they try to hook up with customers!! My manager and her long nasty hair, nails and attitude make my fiance and I laugh when she leaves. Get some class, Rosen, you're better than that.I just wish this company would throw out the trash.

The female employees at rosen management are awful!!!! They couldnt care less about a property, all they care about is hooking up with customers and contractors! If you have a boyfriend/husband, keep them away from here!!!!! Among the rudeness and threats people have recieved from this company
