Nombach put in a new roof for my two-story house. They were prompt, clean and professional. When a very heavy rainfall caused the downspout to overflow, Nombach responded quickly and successfully readjusted the location and flow of the gutter. As their motto says, they got the job done and they cared. I would recommend and use them again!

I have been dealing with Nombach home exteriors for over fifteen years. I owned several properties-when I needed a roof on one i called several companies for an estimate- each came out & told me what I needed & how it would be done. Cliff from Nombach explained everything to me in terms I could understand, but the work needed he explained & also told me some extra things would be done to make the job effecient---Guess what the price was lower--he offered the same solution - but with some extra's that was needed at a cheaper price. I have had several roof's,Gutters,chimney liners etc. done on my properties by Nombach- each time I got other estimates---BUT THEY CAME IN # 1. Quality,Professional,Workmanship,Knowlegable,courteous etc. Will always use Nombach.

I have lived in my present home since January 1970. In 2000, the roofs were leaking for my home and garage. I had new roofs put on my home and garage in 2000. Nombach Home Exteriors did an excellent job. My salesperson, Cliff was very patience in explaining the whole procedure to me as well as suggesting the type of roof that was necessary. At this same time, my next door neighbor was having work done on her home. The contractor on that job told me, I should have the old roofs removed before adding the new roof. I called Nombach & the City of Chicago Building Dept. and told them what the guy said and asked what should I do and the roofers were almost through. Two supervisors came to my home to explain that removal of the old roofs was not necessary for my home. I was also informed of the same fact by the City of Chicago, that my house was sturdy enough to support the roofs. I was very pleased by the rapid response to my questions. Lets just cut thru the chase and proclaim Hans Nombach the Home Repair Company for the City..How often is it that you can get a contractor to REALLY do what he says in a timely, professional manner rather you are home or not....these guys explain, show you the material, senior discount (the real one).Free estimate what your estimate says is what you get, nothing added nothing taken away. Oh did I remember to say I was at work when the work was done. No debris just WOW.

I had my roof done by nombach two time. I have lived at my house since 1970. They had my records from the first time they did my roof. They did a good job so i called them when I need the Job done again plus I had gutters done the second time. Yes they are so good I called again. They are very professional and answer all the question you have before and after the work is done
