I couldn't even begin to explain how thankful I am to In & out moving and its fantastic movers. They made my move so easy. The quote they gave me was very reasonable and they stuck to it toll the end. The movers were punctual, efficient and very polite. There were no glitches anywhere and everything was properly done. They delivered my things on time and in great condition. I'm so glad to be writing a review for them.

Sometimes you meet people in your life who genuinely make you feel good. The movers from In & out moving did just that while handling my move. Let’s skip the parts where the movers arrived on time, worked efficiently and helped out in any way they can. What really impressed me about these men was their way of treating me. They always approached me with a smile, asked questions when in confusion and handled my valuables as if they cost millions of dollars. I felt so grateful getting these amazing men as my movers. Next time I hire this company, I am definitely putting in a request for the same crew.

There is an inflation of moving companies these days. But most of them are just inefficient and just out there to rip off the customers. In & out moving is very different. They really showed a lot of care while moving my stuffs. They showed up on time and packed up everything very fast. I didn’t even have to lift a finger. The whole moving-loading process took a very short time and then they set off. The van pulled up at my new house right on schedule and all my valuables were safe. That is an achievement most moving companies can’t even dream of.

The reason why I have been going back to In & out moving is the fact that they are just amazingly reliable. They have relocated my valuables 4 times now and they have always delivered my valuables unharmed. That is a damn good achievement! It does help when they charge me such low prices for the amazing movers they keep sending. Each crew I have worked with has amazed me with their skills and efficiency. While people keep complaining about their moving companies, I can put my faith in these guys blindly.

This is a great company, with excellent customer service, competitive rates, and friendly movers and due to my experience i will definitely use them again.

I have never seen such sincere movers before. The movers from In & out moving were just too good. Their packing skills were amazing and they were very prompt. They followed my every instruction to the T. not even a glass was broken when they made the delivery. I have to commend them for being so efficient and hardworking. Let’s talk about the pricing for a second. By no means is this company cheap. But I felt like I got great value for my money. I suppose it’s better to pay a few extra bucks to ensure the safety of my valuables.

While most moving companies these days charge such high hourly rates, In & out moving & storage still charges what’s only fair. This is the key reason why I highly recommend them. Yes, of course, you might be wondering if paying less means they care less for your valuables. The truth is, with In & out moving & storage, you get the same efficient services of a high-priced moving company but at 2/3rd of the price. All my stuffs were perfectly transferred by these guys and they displayed very good organization among the movers. Their vehicles were top of the line and I was very impressed by their packing skills. There is no reason why you should not hire this company.

I hired In & out moving to move my things from Chicago, IL to Milwaukee, WI. The movers they sent were very capable and experienced. They systematically worked together to pack up everything and then load them to the truck. Even the truck was very spacious and brand new. I knew my valuables were safe in their hands. I was proven right when they delivered everything in excellent condition. Not even a glass was broken. It was a great move and I’m very thankful.

In & out moving was just amazing. I called them and got a quote in a 5 minutes conversation. They were friendly and extremely efficient. Everything was about timing with them. They arrived early, packed up quickly and made the delivery on time. Very few companies care about punctuality like they do. The movers were great. They were experienced and energetic. A special mention must go to their foreman who worked just tirelessly. He always had a solution for everything. I relocated with all my belongings intact. I only have these amazing movers to thank for.

In & out moving handled our move with great precision at a very reasonable cost. My primary reason for hiring them was their quote. I’m happy to report that they didn’t cross that estimate in the final bill. I have heard stories about inefficient movers but these movers were not like other ordinary movers. They were prompt, skilled and always ready to help. They really outperformed my expectations. They were done with all the packing and loading in just 3 hours. The quality of their work is top notch. The delivery was made on time with all my belongings unharmed. I just don’t have words to say how grateful I am to these men.

The best thing about this company is their pricing. I had quotes from other companies but they seemed way too high considering the price In & out moving gave me. So I hired them. They turned out to be quite great. The movers arrived half an hour late but they called ahead and apologized. They moved all my furniture and other valuables safely from Chicago, IL to Charlotte, NC. They maintained the time schedules and added nothing extra to the final bill.

We had so many things that needed to be moved and we informed In & out moving beforehand. But they really took it well. The men arrived on time on the moving day. They started packing everything very meticulously. They packed everything with a good system. They were particularly careful with the breakables. They delivered on time and nothing was missing, broken or damaged. The movers really proved how experienced they are. I am very pleased to recommend them.

I was in such a pickle when the moving company I had hired initially failed to show up on the moving day. I called many moving companies and finally In & out moving gave me a slot. I took it right away. The whole move went very effortlessly. The movers were great and they didn’t even rush anything given the short notice. I would have been happy only if they showed up given my situation but the movers did such a good job in the end. All the other moving companies I called quoted ridiculously. In & out moving really charged me the rightful price.

In & out moving & storage really is the best in business. I hired them for my move last week. Their quote was very fair price for today’s market and that is the reason why I hired them. They sent over the movers to wrap up everything from my apartment. The men were all very capable and organized. I could tell that they had years and years of moving experiences under their belts. All my belongings were safely packed and loaded onto the vans in only 3 hours. They delivered everything on time and my goods traveled quite well.

No other moving company cares about your valuables as much as In & out moving does. I can say that because they handled my relocation without any issues whatsoever and in the end all my valuables survived the journey without even a single scratch on them. They quoted very reasonably and the customer service was very helpful. They constantly kept me in the loop through phone calls and emails. The movers were fantastic. They maintained the timings and worked very efficiently. Moving is not rocket science but it is difficult enough. Thanks to In & out moving for relieving me off this dreadful chore.

I read good reviews and hired them, but it was the absolute worst experience for many reasons.



I moved from Chicago to NYC in May. A few things happened during that move on 5/8/15:

1. They did not deliver 3 boxes. I contacted them that day to let them know the boxes were missing. I also called the driver that night to see if any boxes were left in the tuck - he said no. Then finally on 5/14, after a lot of back and forth with unhelpful customer service reps who cannot be reached by telephone, I received an email with pictures of my boxes. I confirmed that they are mine and asked for them to be delivered. It took until 5/21 to receive received the boxes. At this point it is past the agreed 10 business days to deliver them. No apologies were made for this inconvenience.



2. I had the movers put my 46" LCD TV in it's original box and pack it for the move. It was fully functioning before the move and was only a few years old. When we took the TV out of the box on 5/8 and plugged it in we found that the entire TV screen was cracked. There should not have been any reason for this to happen as they packed it up for me. Pictures are available to show the damage.



3. I unpacked a box that had a pillow at the bottom. As I pulled out the pillow I smelled something like urine. Holding the pillow closer I noticed yellow stains on the bottom and on the box. My fiance confirmed that it was definitely urine like. I couldn't even take a picture I was so disgusted. I just threw it all away.



After all this I tried to talk to the company about compensating for the TV and what they can do about my lost/ruined things. All they said was to file a claim with movingclaims.net. It is now July 29, 2015 and I have not heard from In & Out moving and only received an email from Moving Claims saying they received my claim - which btw can only be sent in through postal mail.



Do not hire In & Out Moving.

I have gained a lot of respect for the movers sent by In & out moving when I was moving from Chicago, IL to New Orleans, LA. I really didn’t know what to expect from them. But they came through in every aspect. Their quote was as good as any other top moving companies and they were providing a four-men-crew. The movers arrived exactly on scheduled time and got to work immediately. I have a lot of stuffs and some of the pieces I own are extremely difficult to pack. But the men were super creative in packing everything. They were done with my 4-bed apartment in just under 3 hours. They made the delivery on time to New Orleans and everything was undamaged. I highly recommend this company.

My husband and I contemplated whether to get movers and are so happy we did. Carlos was very personable and helpful answering my husband's many questions. The foreman and his crews were also great! They arrived promptly and worked efficiently. They quickly looked around and asked us pertinent questions about what was going and what wasn't. They were clearly planning out how the move was going to go. And thank goodness for that. All went smoothly, they moved all of our belongings carefully, and everything arrived safely. We will definitely be using In & out moving for our next move.

I have moved a lot because of my job. I used many moving companies and most of the time I had to suffer. I do not even want to remember those bitter experiences. This time I was lucky because I used In & out moving this time. I choose them because they asked for the least amount and also accommodated the date I wanted. However, the team of 4 did miracles. They helped me packing the delicate stuffs and did really well to manage the vulnerable furniture. Moving was done before the allotted time and surprisingly there was no damage done to anything, not even a single scratch. So, after receiving the best possible service, I have decided to call them whenever I move again.

I wish I could rate them as a 10 star company because I do believe that they are twice better than any other 5 star ranked company. I used this company just few days ago for a very critical move. It was a 4 bed room apartment move and the movers had to bring the packing materials, pack and move, unbox and store everything in my new apartment. So, there were plenty of scopes of making mistakes. But I was surprised not to see a single mistake by them. They did exactly the way I wanted and within the time and my tight budget. I am still wondering how they were able to provide such a spotless move. All I can do is to recommend In & out moving and that is what I am doing now.
