Not only they change the service department entire crew every three months, but they do not train the new ones. They run around like a chicken without a head, not knowing what to do, they do not honor the price quote, they cannot tell you a straight story, and so on and so on... To top it all, they look at you with a sarcastic smile, like saying "you are an idiot for coming here" No wonder Hyundai has changed dealership about three or four times in the last four years...
