I had occasion to contact this company in August due to a main sewer line that was overgrown due to a small patch of roots. Despite hours spent at my home over the course of several days, the installation of a clean out, and over $2200 in charges, they were unable to clear the roots from my line. Over the course of this time, I was lied to by their self proclaimed "president" on too many occasions to count. When my sewer backed up for the third time in a under a week, I called another plumber who routed the line properly with no additional problems to date (3+ month later.) When I decided to dispute a small portion of the charges through my credit card company, Puget Sound Plumbing responded by calling my plumber's (he was a friends who helped me out on his day off and wrote me an opinion for my credit card company) employer in an attempt to get him fired. At this point they have bullied and intimidated everyone involved to the point where we have no recourse which was the point.

OMG! I had an emergency flood that happened during dinner time at my home. I called Puget Sound Plumbing & Heating, and they came immediatley and assured me that everything would be ok! David came with his helper and they calmed me down once they entered my home. Dinner was still served, the house wasnt flooded and everything was ok! All for a reasonable price that even a handy man couldnt top! I was so grateful, I served the plumbers dinner! I recommend Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating to everybody every day!

My husband I initially called Puget Sound Plumbing because our water heater completely stopped working and we had exhausted ourselves trying to fix it on our own. So at around eight that night I finally decided to call a plumber. Puget Sound Plumbing was the only company where an actual person answered my call, not just an answering service. I was able to schedule a plumber to come out to the house first thing the next morning-a Saturday. The plumber and the assistant that came out to the house were so friendly and professional, they took the time to explain what was going on with our water heater to my husband and gave us our price before they started, which was great! The service at this company is awesome and I have since used them twice-once for a leaky kitchen sink and once again for our tub that had a slow drain. I never feel like they’re trying to sell me things I don’t need and I’ve been pleased with the prices they’ve given me each time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

This is a good (and I think newer) West Seattle plumbing company. I have not used them but have heard really good things from people that have. They seem to be similar to this company: SouthWestPlumbing.bizWhich is the company I have used for years. I like my local West Seattle businesses, and I will always support them.

GREAT SERVICE! FAST! PROFESSIONAL! This last weekend I finally decided to tackle my kitchen sink and P-trap installation (Thank goodness Puget Sound Plumbing is open Sundays)…… I went into the DIY project thinking ‘this can’t possibly be too hard’…………………. To my surprise, there was a lot more involved in trying to install a kitchen sink and drain lines. I was not able to cut the pipe or size it properly. Nor did I have all the required tools or parts. After about 3 hours of frustration I finally decided to call a plumbing company. Many others are only open M-F but Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating is open 24-7 and was able to come out on the weekend. The licensed journeyman plumber, Elliott, and his apprentice showed up to my West Seattle home within an hour of my call and not to mention on a weekend at no additional charge for coming on the weekend! I was so thankful I called the right company. They gave me the price before they started and were able to get it done the same day. I was

I recently purchased my home on Mercer Island and had horrible water pressure. I needed the problem fixed but didn't know exactly where to start. I contacted Puget Sound Plumbing and the Licensed Plumber explained that my low water pressure was caused from my old galvanized water service from my meter to my house. The pipes were so old I had rust coming out of my faucets, the water tasted funny and I needed better pressure to my home. Within one day the plumber and his crew installed a brand new water service from the meter to my house. I was extremely impressed with their work and customer service. I even got a lifetime warranty on my new Wirsbo line.

Arrived within 3 hours of initial call. Arrived as promised with a confirmation call 30 min in advance. Quickly identified problem and resolved. Done in less than 45min. $240 for less than an hours work seemed high to me but I can't complain. They stated the costs upfront and delivered a quick solution to my problem. I'd recommend their service.

When the plumbers came out to our house they did not communicate the issues that can be involved with snaking a home with the septic tank. They broke the inlet baffle and when asked to either fix the problem or pay for another company to fix it they were extremely rude and uncooperative. They would not return the phone call initially until we complained to the BBB then they were so concerned about the slander of their name that the owner called us yelling at us for actually posting a complaint. A business should know that when they do not return phone calls or when they do shotty business that people will complain. They refuse to fix the damage they caused and now we will not be able to sell the house unless we shell out $1500.00 to have the issue fixed. I suggest never using this company.

I call yesterday because I had a clogged drain and was surprised to have their worker here in less than hour. I was more surprised that they did the job right on the button of thier quote. I will definatley use this companies service's again
