Provided by YP.comThey offer free shipping in New York, go to checkout and the charge is added, I called to resolve and they asked if it was Under $100. I said No it was $132 , then they instantly brought it up to $200 and still no mentions of limits on the website.

This is the first time i bought from The Classy Home.

Provided by YP.comOk fellow shoppers I am really not sure where to start. We order a sectional from The Classy Home. It was delivered at least 10 days later than they estimated. Upon arrival my left chaise came with a busted leg. After unpacking there were tears throughout the sectional. I upack the middle recliner for the sectional. The whole back of the recliner was destroyed. The wood structure in the back was split and exposed through the back. I got a hold of The Classy Home and they send an individual out to repair it. Once the fabric was pulled off the back and exposed. The recliners whole frame in the back was busted and unable to be fixed. The person sent to fix the recliner took pictures and submitted it to The Classy Home. It took over a month to hear back from The Classy Home after numberous e-mails sent to figure out what the status was on getting a new recliner section for our sectional. Finally, I get an e-mail from them and they asked if we could resolve the issue with a substaintal refund. I call them and they refund offer was $150. I about choked! I asked for more and they countered with $165. They recliner was valued around $250. So I now get stuck with a sectional that has a busted recliner that I will never be able to use. The whole process with them was an absolute nightmare. You would think buying a $1500 sectional they would take care of their customers. I hope everyone reading this learns from my mistake. Buying from this company that might have the cheapest prices around is not worth the terrible headache. Please take this into consideration.

I order from them all the time because I go around the u.s. for business, and have to stay for 5-6 months in one place were i rent an apartment and a office for my business activities.
going to so much places i constantly need to by house and office furniture, but not to expensive, witch i can always find at the classy home.
i never had a problem with an item not arriving in time.

The shipping was extremely fast. Very good product with the best prices I could find online.
I bought a nice Office Furniture Set, and my coworker is saying that with this set i sound like the boss, even i didn't pay that much for it.

Provided by YP.comI have shopped at The Classy Home since i found it first on the web I have never been disappointed in either quality or customer service. We have twice had an issue with our furniture, upholstery not sewn properly, and they took care of it immediately. I ordered a mattress for my son we were very happy with it.
Whatever sales person you get there will be most helpful. We love This store ! they are simply the best.
We have looked in other furniture stores but have always came back to the Classy Home. You just don't get that kind of service and price anywhere else.

Provided by YP.comThis company is the worst I have ever dealt with. Absolutely NO customer service, were extremely rude and appeared to read from a script the entire time. Refuse to return the damaged items. I had to read their own return policy to them to make them aware of their responsibilities. And still received NO help whatsoever. DO NOT do business with this company!!!!!! You will regret it!

Provided by YP.comThe company provides bad customer service after delivery. I bought a furniture and found a wood was broken just after one week I bought. I showed all proofs including pictures, and they agreed it was damaged, but they don't want to replace it with a new furniture, only just let me or ask someone to repair. They always delayed to give me reponse. This is a really terrible company.
