Dr. Vassallo made you feel comfortable and explained your diagnosis to the core. His nurse was the same. They both were compassionate towards me while telling me what would be the next step towards getting me better.

The office staff was great, very friendly and professional. Great COVID saftey precautions in place. Medical staff and Dr. Vassallo were also great. A nice balance of warm and professional without being too formal or disconnected or rushing through the visit.

This was my first time to an allergist which was long overdue. Dr. Vassallo was patient with me and explained everything that was going to be done. He also explained the various options. I felt very comfortable and knowledge on the next steps on what I had to do as the patient.

Dr. Vassallo really cares about all his patients as well as his staff.

Dr. Vassallo has excellent bedside manner is totally professional. He takes down the history, discusses and reviews it with the patient so we are both understanding the same thing, evaluates it, is thoughtful and then proceeds with the examination to measure with the history. He it methodical, patient, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain diagnoses and prognosis AND makes sure the patient UNDERSTANDS!!! He should be famous.

He listened to all my allergy problems, asked questions, tested me for all environmental allergies, gave me my results with solutions & medications to take all in my 1st visit. Very knowledgeable.

I had a great experience with Dr Vassalo. He is a great listener. He allows you time to explain your concerns and actually face you and make eye contact while listening. Which is good. He then proceeds to explain his findings, his treatment plan while making sure that you understand. Nowadays doctors give more attention to their computer than to their patient. Which was absolutely not the case. The staff was also very knowledgeable. And the clinic is SUPER clean.

It's rare for me to review a doctor. But I have to for Dr. Vassallo and his staff. He takes listens carefully, explains the science and takes the time to make sure we understand next steps. It's a rarity in medicine. I'm kicking myself for not coming sooner.

Dr. Vassallo is excellent! He asked me questions, listened for my response and gave solutions based on what I was I shared with him. As a patient, that is extremely important and he surpassed my expectations.

The only downside was the waiting time before seeing the doctor.

Dr. Vasallo took time to explain everything clearly and really listened to me. I’m glad that I went. The nurse who conducted my testing also had an excellent manner and put me at ease.

Dr. Vassallo stood out as a doctor who was willing to listen, had a positive attitude, and genuinely wanted to see me well.

Was very good, took time to diagnose and explain that my condition wasn't due to a food allergy. Put my mind at ease that condition is temporary.

Excellent experience, start to finish. Dr. Vassallo really listened and answered every one of my questions... and there were many! He outlined his assessment and came up with a treatment plan which he emphasized will be a collaborative effort. After frustrating experiences with other doctors, I feel with Dr. Vassallo like I’m finally getting somewhere!

Dr. Vassallo is pleasant, patient and great bedside manner. He listens to parents concerns as well as the children. Helps you to make a decision by providing options of medications that can help with allergies. He is thorough in describing the process of allergy shot treatments.

Dr. Vassallo was very informative and helpful with listening to my symptoms and devising a plan to get better.

Dr. Vassallo introduced himself and asked me a few questions concerning my allergies to get a clear picture of what I was experiencing. Dr. Vassallo then explained my results to me and some valuable advice concerning my health going forward.
