Monti really helped me with my child support case she was always very nice with me and honest and also very upfront with me she did not tell me what I wanted to hear but she told what I needed to hear and that was what I paid her to do to be honest. Oh and she doesn't take any crap. She's a tough cookie.

Monti has been the greatest attorney I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Since my divorce in 1998, my ex has pulled me back into court several times. Each time I had a lousy attorney. I really didn't know there were that many attorneys that didn't know the law. That's not the case with Monti! She knows exactly what she's doing and was on top of my case from the very beginning. I would HIGHLY recommend her for anyone's law assistance.

Since obtaining Monti's services a few years ago, she has been a wonderful attorney. I have had nothing but great services from her and her firm. When in court, she showed expertise and professionalism. If I had a probelm, she returned my calls when she was able to (within 24 hrs) Whether her advice came from other attornies or not, I welcomed it. Please dont make the misstake I did choosing this attorney. She looses documentation and never has her ducks in a row. She is all nice and friendly to your face but have heard from ther attornies, that is not the case. When your in her office, she listens to wait you say but never really LISTENS!. Was not supportive in court at all when it came to my son. Also, she never returns your calls but doesnt mind charging you for phone consults......

She does not practice what she preaches. She does not return her phone calls nor really listens to what YOU have to say when you are in her office. She acts all nice and friendly to your face but I have since learned differently from several other attornies. She loses documentation and ask other attornies all the time for their advise. Also, I paid her cash in the office and she states never recieved payment. DONT make the wrong decision like I did!!!!!!!!!!
