Chance from your company came by for our second estimate. He spent about 30 minutes looking over every piece of wood in our house with the flash light and his special little "poking" tool. He was incredibly thorough, answered all of our questions and was very friendly. As it turns out, because of his thorough inspection, we learned that our termites were coming from the outside where there is a bit of a "forest"-not from inside the home. He gave us some good tips to keep and eye out and be vigilant in regards to termite "droppings" or other evidence. In short, I just want to say how much we truly appreciate the honesty and integrity of Chance and the company he represents. That is so important and impressive. We will be recommending your company as much as possible, entirely based on the wonderful service Chance provided, and will be keeping your business card on record for the future.
