This practice will not stand behind their products and services they provide and make the client pay and pay again regardless. The most recent experience where the product broke right after an adjustment was made by them. They gave us every reason why it was not their fault or why the product was not faulty while none being truly valid. Would not recommend simply because they are not customer service oriented enough to properly take care of issues and stand behind what they do. Very disappointing!

Dr. Kriger is great. She is patient, gentle and an excellent orthodontist. She makes you feel very confident in her abilities. I would recommend her to any one I know.
