That Jon Knight Plumbing is the only plumbing company that i will ever use,because when i had a leak in my house in the wall they did not come over and just cut a section out of my wall they explained it to me in steps what was needed and also gave me a whole house plumbing inspection for only 99.00 which they said they would not even charge me and that they would do a whole house plumbing inspection for free since my mother is elderly and the leak had been going on for months they only charged me for one hour also and they were there for three and they gave me a list of what was found and without any pressure they said if i decided to do any of it the work that had to be done they would automatically give me 50.00 off a second visit and knowing Jon the owner i exspect that i will call and schedule these small items next week,. Thank God for honest people in this world as i said my mother had waited for months to get this problem solved and no one would show up we have removed all the plumbing stickers of Guin,Roto-rooter,Johns, from her and my house and will never call anyone else JON KNIGHT PLUMBING OR NO ONE.

The owner came to my home to see what was going on at my home.He was clean and very congenial to myself and my husband. He went through the house explaining the options that we had and the prices. We called other companies to get an estimate on what needed to be done but no other company took the time to explain in detail what to expect. We called the owner of the company and setup a time and when to start and he was there on time and everything was done as we were told and more. He went out of his way to make sure everything was cleaned as if he had not been there,but we were there working at our business while he did his. I wish there were more companies out there like his. If you told me that i could get a very good professional plumber like jon knight of JON KNIGHT PLUMBING to come to my house and give me that kind of a great experience,well you normally do not get a good experience from any plumbing company this professional worked in my best interest of me and my house and not just run in and do a little and charge a lot .,in fact i called around to other companys 3 of the biggest and two local and they said there is no way i got done what i did for wht i paid., unbelievable.!!,listen call them 205-210-7868 you will not be disappointed .

I mean for 99.00 he went thru my whole house including the attic and crawl space with all the spiders and checked everything one word about this guy AWESOME....

That this is the best plumbing company that i have ever dealt with and would call them again with no hesitation. I called them for a smell that was going on in the basement of my home , and the owner Jon Knight came out and looked around and within several minutes found the problem and within one hour it was fixed and i was back to work.,all for the most affordable price i have ever gotten for any of my homes at any time.Mr. Knight told me also about a $69.00 home inspection which i gladly schedule for Friday. Mr. Knight is great with up front prices or just to call over the phone and give me information about any plumbing concerns i have had and is very sympathetic to this. WAY TO GO JKP PLUMBING my only source for plumbing issues for me and all my friends.

Jon Knight Plumbing game with the very best regards from my friends and neighbors.He came out on a Sunday afternoon after his church let out to see what needed to be done at my elderly mothers home we were too far away out of town to check on her.He Jon Knight came out and found the problem to be a minor leak behind the toilet and said that he would fix this and of course no different rates on the weekend and the fix was quick and my mother could get back to her day and it was.I applaud Jon for his consideration of the importance this was for my mother so much respect for this man this company his attitude his skill and his courtesy towards my mother and to my family so much in fact we sent him a thank you card i mean who does that to a plumbing company.Use and call Jon Knight Plumbing for the very best service and repair results , and try their maintenance programs for the elderly we have and its very reasonable priced.Thank you for all of your help Jon Knight Plumbing we will never use any one else.

This company is truly a blessing they were called to install several things for me in my home and they did an excellent job.First they came to my home Jon came in and introduced himself and said that he would take a look and fix the problem asap.

I told him that i had several plumbers (7), come by with estimates to replace my water heater ,three toilets my kitchen sink faucet, and two of my bath room faucets all i supplied and they were well over $3000. , he looked at the fixtures and said more like 1-1/2 days and that they would reduce their rates to cover the large amount of work and they could finish it all for approx $700.00 i said with cheers can you start today ? he laughed and said your the boss , i said how can you do all this for so inexpensive? Jon said that he owns everything the company owns and they do not work on commission-which is why most companies charge so much because the techs have to charge 500% higher than the job is worth so they get only 20% of the jobs and the company gets the rest, and because he stated this economy is so everyone needs a break, he also stated that some of these thirty year companies have been taken advantage of all the Birmingham residents for far too long and he was sick of it.I told him to tell me more and he said i could but it seems like we have alot of work to do and we better get started.This guy Jon Knight is so honest in his policys and how he views cost i totally trust him for all my future work.

After he finished he gave me a bill for less than he quoted and said enjoy i tried to give him a $100.00 bonus for being so great he refused and no thanks this just what i do and i was glad to help.

Wow i guess there are truly great people out there, and my plumbers name for now on is only going to be Jon Knight Plumbing

I called them out {Jon Knight Plumbing} when i could no longer use the companies i had used before , and to my surprise i got some very usefull information and all the work that they did was truly outstanding price and materials they said unlike most companies they do not have to charge normal rates but well below average and in this economy this is refreshing.The owner Jon Knight did all the work and he said that, with all of his jobs he gives a lifetime warranty on all his work, wow if i had a daughter that was not married i would surely call her and give her his number it would be nice to have honest people around me for a change, sorry this world has gotten me to be very cynical i will leave you with this i am very thankful for Jon Knight Plumbing.

I had bought a foreclosure that had been on the market for sometime and had called every Plumbing & Heating &Air Condition company in Birmingham and always got the same answer, we are too busy ,or we cant get to you for at least a week. I had told every company that i was living there with my 8 month old child and we were cold but they did not seem to care ,and that we had a faulty water heater no one cared except (Jon Knight Plumbing Heating & Air. ) Jon Knight Plumbing called me back and scheduled time around my schedule., and came out to the job ready to work . These were neet clean cut men that had my best interest in mind.

They charged me well below any prices of estimator's that came by finally after three weeks so i feel i got excellent service at a very reasonable price.,they also worked out all the issues that we were having with the local Gas company,Water Works company,all to get my rebates and all on their own time.

I will say i will never call any other company again to fix my problems, did i mention they even put me on a payment plan can i just say this is the best experince i ever had with any company anywhere,anytime.
