I had both of my showers in the second floor with problems to drain the water. Zippy came and clean both drains. They were very polite, answered my questions, explained me the service and very careful with their equipment to not scratch the floor and at the end cleaned the area the they worked. They also did a free inspection in the house and did not find any other problems! They did a great job.

We had a leak behind our upstairs shower and Matt diagnosed and fixed it quickly and easily. Thanks again Matt and Zippy Plumber for another great job!

Its very rare to meet someone who is an expert in their field, extremely hardworking, and professional. I had a significant amount of work to be done, I knew that they would be in my home for at least a full day. Therefore, it was important to me to ensure that I was extremely comfortable with both the company and, if not more important, the individual that would be doing the work. During the very first meeting with Robert, I was impressed with his knowledge and manner. While Zippy Plumber's pricing was not the lowest estimate, I was extremely confident that Robert would provide the highest quality of work. From the moment he arrived at our home exactly on time, he worked extremely efficiently and tirelessly throughout the entire day. He kept me appropriately updated on his work and progress. He made excellent suggestions during the day and was extremely careful about protecting inside our home. I will and have highly recommend Zippy Plumber to my friends and neighbors!

Robert came out he surveyed the problem with my sink and gave me several options. He was very specific with cost and what he would do. Loved how he wore his slippers on my hard wood floors and cleaned up after himself. He was in and out in no time and there was no hassel. Robert was great and professional.

Matt was great and fixed my leak/bathroom issue, while advising on best routes for other issues.. As a representative, his professionalism and general attitude had me less worried about price and more interested in how to get the job done right. The price was very fair. This is the second job that I got done by Zippy Plumber in the last few weeks, the first being a new water heater and piping. I will definitely call back again.

Robert showed up to my house to fix my shower while finding a few other problems, he was very nice and professional while he explained my plumbing issues. He advised of the possible outcomes of waiting for things to happen before they get addressed. Robert was very pleasant and knowledgeable and it was great to have him in my house.

I had them install a new garbage disposal and dishwasher. They arrived on time and did a nice clean job and took all the old equipment so I didnt have to worry with it. They were very professional and friendly.

Having received an inflated plumbing estimate (especially two parts totaling $500), I called Zippy Plumber and Robert was here an hour later. The two parts were not defective at all. He patiently answered my questions about the hot water heater, checked water pressure, expansion tank, reassured us it was fine. He showed me how to drain the tank so he wouldn't have to charge us! He replaced flush valves in 3 toilets, adjusted the water pressure regulator, and discovered low water pressure on an outdoor spigot was due to the adjustable sprayer attached to the hose! He worked quickly but efficiently and the cost was less than one half the estimate from the large plumbing company! Robert is a very impressive, respectful young man who makes great eye contact and doesn't charge people for anything that is not needed. Thanks, Robert for your honesty!!

After having a couple plumbing services done with another company, the price tag on my latest disaster (broken water line) forced me to get multiple opinions. Robert was out to the house in about an hour from my initial call, and his quote was about 30% lower than two other competitors. I told him flat out that it was much lower, he said it was really just overhead--the product itself cost very little money. He did the work as promised without delay, and was very professional throughout. I will definitely be using Zippy Plumber from now on!

We will not call another plumbing service now that we've worked with Zippy Plumber. They were responsive, provided a fair price, showed up on time, professional and did the job right.

I would highly recommend Matt. In fact, I already have. Very professional and knows what he is doing. Made sure I was satisfied before he left and checked to make sure everything was working properly. 5 star all the way!!!

We had an emergency...water heater went out right before the cold weather a couple weeks back. They responded and repaired our problem within hours...great service and we highly recommend!!

My mother's water heater stopped heating. After looking around online I found Zippy Plumbing and called. They said they could have someone out in an hour. Robert and his assistant arrived 45 minutes later!! 25 minutes later they were gone, with the water heater working again. Very prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone!

I called Matt on the recommendation of a friend and he came to check the slowly drain issue the same day. He found that the garbage disposal was blocked up with raw meat and coffee grounds which clogged the drain for the kitchen sink, dishwasher, and one bathroom. This was definitely a situation that I was not happy to be in, but matt was knowledgeable, courteous and very focused. He completed the project the same day and now everything is working great. I’m really impressed.

I just had Zippy visit my home to investigate an odd plumbing issue I was experiencing.



He patiently listened to my concerns as I explained what I was hearing. I then ran water so he could hear for himself what I was describing and he expressed his opinion. I felt reassured that his knowledgeable response was the correct one.



He doesn’t have a trip charge and provides all estimates up front for your approval. This is a great plumbing company in a sea of horrible ones. I strongly recommend zippy as they won't run up the bill.
