I called after reading all of the great reviews on here and was very satisfied with the great level of customer service I received...not to mention that my carpets look great well. I also was fond of the natural, citrus based product that they use and the fact that they were able to clean my apt on the 5th floor, which was an issue when attempting to schedule appointments with other carpet cleaning companies in Atlanta. The young man that cleaned my carpets called when he was on his way and arrived about 5 minutes late, which was fine considering he was proactive enough to let me know before hand. He walked through the entire house with me before he began cleaning and was in and out much quicker than expected. My newly cleaned carpets look great. - Thanks, Very Happy Atlanta Mom :))))

Carpets look like new and the customer service was good as well.

Called in a pinch after I found out my inlaws were coming in town this weekend. Thank God they were able to come out the same day I called so I could get my carpets looking good before they arrived. Tech (can't remember his name) was really sweet and the carpets and rugs looks perfect. I also think they feel softer for some reason too. If you need your carpets cleaned, call these guys first!

My rug oriental rugs have been trampled on during a recent cocktail party and looked terrible. I was nervous that they has been ruined and might not ever look the same. Citrusolution Carpet Cleaning came out and had them looking as great as they did before hand. The carpet cleaning tech was very helpful and even performed a color test on the rugs before hand to be sure the rugs were compatible with their citrusolution. I will be using this carpet cleaner again in the future on my regular carpets when they need cleaned!

Citrusolution Carpet Cleaning came out to clean my carpets a couple of weeks ago and I was very impressed. I got home from work today (2 weeks later) and still can't get over the results. My carpets were very dirty because of my pets and toddlers and they look new again. They were very flexible about scheduling the job, were friendly and professional. This was my first time using Citrusolution. The guy was on time and so professional. The carpet is a light color and 15 years old. I hadn't had it cleaned in about 2 years. The carpet looked great after the cleaning. It smelled good and the rep left a bottle of the solution. I was thoroughly impressed and will be using this company in the near future. I will also recommended this company to all of my friends

My carpets could not have looked better. After years of abuse from my pets and kids my carpets looked well beyond their age. After Citusolution came out they looked brand new and smelled awesome!!!! Thanks guys, I will def call again.

Citrusolution Carpet Cleaning was out at our home the same day that we requested service. My dog was very sick and they were able to make my carpets look brand new. Upon leaving, they were very attentive to our problems and fear of stains resurfacing. They even left a free bottle of spot cleaner to be used in the case that our dog became sick again. I will always use Citusolution and think that they are one of the top choices in carpet cleaners in the Atlanta area!!!!!

I have used several carpet claners in Atlanta and think that Citrusolution was the best so far. They were able to remove all of my stains without using chemicals that could harm my family. It smelled light and fresh when they left and my carpets could not have look any better! They were GREAT!!!
