My son has attended Child Life's since 2014. The staff is amazing and caring. My son is always happy there. I love that there is a regime and structure that they adhere to. It's all for the best. I believe that children need this in life and it starts while they are young.

My 2 children have been attending this childcare facility since they were babies (6wks old). One is 4 and the other is 2. I've been very pleased since the first day we started. My children social skills and delevolpmental skills have grown tremendously!! Teachers and staff are welcoming and very professional. They put me at ease when I'm at work for those long hours because I know my kids are safe and being well cared for. Knowing that I'm a single father it really feels good to know that my daughters are in good hands! They have very affordable rates and GREAT HOURS. As a fire fighter I thank God everyday for places like this!!! They also give me a 10% Fire discount off their tuition. I highly recommend this place ONLY if you're looking for the best education and care for your kids!

Excellent child care. Hours are very flexible and have been very helpful since I've moved here from Minneapolis. Staff is very friendly and attentive to the children. My daughter is 3 now and she has learned so much, she is well prepared for pre-k and the some. She also loves her teachers and always looks forward to going there. I recommend Childs Life Academy if you want the best service for your child, and for your hard earned money.

Child's life childcare is a great place for families who work all hours. They are really a 24 hours center. The staff are excellent with the children. My kids enjoy coming to your childcare.. thank u for your great service.

This day care is amazing. Perfect hours for all professions. Great with children...kind and loving. Only suggestion I would make is to have filtered or fresh water. I am not a fan of the kids or staff drinking tap water. Other than that my child and I love this day care.

I first visited the center and paid by the hour, I really love the way they included my daughter with the learning activities, I received a detailed report of her day as well as work she did during her stay. I was very impressed by center's cleanliness and the staff. I never experienced a 24houride center, it is ran very well.

My son has been here since 6 weeks. He started off in ms. Tee class. The center is kept very clean and the staff has always been very courteous. I have since referred a good friend and his mom loves it as well. The hours are very convenient for my schedule. I love it!

Hostile and fake leadership. Outdated toys and facility. They do not work with parents. Threaten to not let your child come back if you are a day late, you can only pay in person, can't change your days over the phone or email. Charged for ridicules things such as assisting a child to put on their clothes when they wet them ( $5) Teachers (really caregivers more so than teachers) are unmotivated and lazy. You can not give your child additional snacks, it is not allowed. You see many upset parents on the daily basis. They abuse their status of being the only 24h daycare in the area. If you have a choice, definitely take your child somewhere else.

My daughter have been attending child's life academy since 2014 my experience have always been pleasant and I could not have ask for safer and clean facility. The staff is always professional, the teachers is always engaging the kids with different activities. The owner have willingness attitude to assist anyway possible when I was unable to pay my tuition on the due date.

Our daughter has been attending the facility since she was 1 year old and we didn't really have any issues with her being there at all. The facility super convenient for us because we both have a crazy schedule and they always work with our hours. I was a bit concerned at the beginning due to my daughter being so little and had never been in daycare before. Since she's been attending we've noticed that she's very advanced with her development; ie, speech and behavior.

I have read some negative reviews on here but in my experience they treat my daughter like family. I highly recommend Child Life Academy especially if you have crazy hours and need a safe and loving place to leave your child.

I utilize the facility for drop in care from time to time. My son screams hysterically when I drop him off here and he doesn't act this way at the church daycare or the gym. I knew that something was wrong but I tried to give the place a chance because the services and location are so convenient. I left him there for 1 hr 40 mins tonight. While I paid for the services I watched him playing quietly with a toy by himself. The provider (Emma) was telling him to put it back ( for what reason I don't know) He is 20 months old and doesn't understand those commands. When he did not follow her command, she aggressively snatched the toy out of his hand and stuck her finger in his face and started yelling at him. I witnessed the entire event and when she saw that I was looking at her through the glass she changed her attitude to a calm demeanor and smile, but it was too late. She was "busted." This is a form of abuse and no child should be treated in that manner. My son will not be back.

My daughter has been attending Child's Life Academy since she was 10 weeks old. She will be turning 1 in a few weeks. If you have a non-traditional work schedule, and need care 24/7, then this is the very best option you have. I have never had any issues and have complete confidence in the director and teachers while I am at work each day. When I pick my daughter up, she is happy, her diaper is dry, and the teachers are usually warming up a bottle for me.

What a great school! They are amazing. Faith based curriculum, great staff, and the flexible hours have kept us at the school for four years now as a weekly family. Several times I have had to use the hourly drop-off program and they were very accommodating to the situation. We feel like family. All rules are stated before enrolling a child and any special needs are met to the best of their abilities and state guidelines.

Beware of this sheep in wolves clothing daycare. If this is a CHRISTIAN daycare, I doubt that GOD visits there at all. We were lured into believing we had found an affordable and friendly, clean daycare for our 9 week old baby girl. We met the director and her son and after meeting them and talking to both extensively decided to enroll her. She ended up only being there for 4 days. On two of those days she was distraught when my daughter picked her up and her diapers were very wet and bulging with urine. She cried all the way home from the daycare. On the 4th day my daughters came to pick up our baby. They were greeted very coldly by the director. She spoke to them rudely and refused to look at them in the face. Our grandbaby was crying so loud and screaming when they went to get her. After my daughter got her things together, the director approached her and rudely said "your daughter can't come back tomorrow because her EARS ARE PERICED. If you don't take the earrings out, she can't come back. My daughter tried to explain to her the earrings were locked on so they could not be removed until the doctor who put them in checked her in 2 more months or the hole would close. The director said "well she can't come back" We had already paid for a full week and also a non refundable registration fee of $125.00. We got no money back for the day she was forced not to come back and the registration fee was just lost. We feel they did this on purpose as she had been there for 4 days before anything was said about her not returning. In addition to the Directors total change of behavior and demeanor. She acted like a WITCH and totally disrespected my daughter. She made no attempt to give us any refund. Luckily we found a wonderful daycare (private). It is safe and clean and our baby is CLEAN and SMILING!!! No more drama. I don't suggest anyone leave their precious loved one at this horrible place. They are not what they seem. The idea of a somewhat affordable school that is 24-hours is great; However, in this case it is a manipulation. Where to begin; the over-crowded classrooms, that they shuffle children of all ages in and out of because they struggle to stay in ratio, the horrible teacher turn over rate, the unhealthy food choices offered, or the lack of education that the children are supposed to be receiving according to the faith-based curriculum that the money hungry owner portrays to be fond of. The teachers seem to not want to be there, and the classrooms are generally overcrowded with chaos. Do yourself a favor and really investigate what goes on at this school before getting charmed by that southern accent into leaving your child here. The owner isn't oblivious at all. I've seen her talk down to staff, and speak loosely to parents as well. Some things are too good to be true, and this place is one of them.

This place serves junk food! Menu for lunch and dinner for the week: hamburgers, pizza, ham and cheese (prepackaged chemical filled sandwich meat with processed American cheese food on wonder bread) fish nuggets(highly processed, carcinogenic, frozen, be surprised if tgere is actually fish in it) spaghetti and chicken and rice. The owner Ms Mickey said they make NO exceptions. No other healthy options, they will not make any substitutions or exclusions, and you are NOT ALLOWED to bring food in. If you are vegetarian or healthy or religious you are out of luck. They will not make any exceptions due to any reason unless there is a proven allergy with doctor's note and allergy test! They served my daughter cookies and juice for snack. She had to ask for water and she was given unfiltered tap water from the sink. I asked the she NOT be served cows milk or juice (only water, but I assumed it was purified or filered, it is not) and the owner said NO they wouldn't do that. (Juice is FULL of sugar and cows milk is unhealthy for many reasons, do your research) I am very disappointed in the reviews that claimed they serve healthy well balanced nutritious meals. THIS IS INACCURATE. Not only is your child forced to eat it (due to no other options)but you are forced to pay $5 per meal And $2.50 per snack. Please do not take your child here unless it is an emergency situation. It is so very sad that they feed all these children such nutrition deprived meals and have such strict policy eliminating any other possible options!

First and foremost this daycare needs a major renovation starting with the director Ms. Cee. First she is the nastiest, manipulative thief I have ever met in my life. Poor Micki owns the place and allows this menace to dictate parents and trick them out of money. While the owner was away on business, Ms. Cee began over charging me on my tuition. Granted I pay late and with cash, but she would give me an outrageous amount over the phone and then when I questioned her about it she threatened to throw my son out! Not to mention how she gossips betweem my son's father and I. Ms. Cee also discloses personal information about the staff to parents and other staff members. The owner seems to be senile or oblivious to the fact that the Ms. Cee is stealing right under her nose. Here is a bit of advice Ms. Slivers: " Pay close attention to your deposit drawer and your paperwork. The Grinch who Stole Christmas works for YOU!"

Not a good experience

My daughter has been attending the school since July & my experience has been positive until today. Given we moved to Sandy Springs, I had to find a new school for my 4 year old & this place was recommended by my friend. She never had any behavioral issues until she attended this school & how they handle the situation is dumbfounding. They have no issues with my daughter until it's nap time where she's allegedly disruptive, as she doesn't want to go to sleep. I've tried to work with the school on how we can help her, but there solution is to suspend her for a week followed by disenroll her if she does it again upon her return. This seems very harsh for a 4 year old & not only am I mad but disappointed in this school. Instead of taking my advice on how we can help her during this transitional time they want to kick a 4 year old out of school. It's suppose to be a Christian Faith school, but that's not what they practice. I've also come to realize this school may not be for my child, as she might be acting out because not being treated nicely at the school. In the end, what they offer seems nice, but they don't tell you upfront how tuition only includes one meal & snack while other schools offer breakfast, lunch & snacks. Meanwhile, this school considers it extras & will charge you. Additionally, they raised prices without telling you, as they don't believe in providing you a heads up. It's not their policy. Again I'm very disappointed, but there's several other schools with better offerings.
