This storage facility is exceptional. It's very safe, clean and the people that manage it are always there to help you.

I have used Security Public Storage in Ashburn since 2011. I decided to use them after I toured this location and saw how clean and well maintained the facility was. The managers took time with me, showed me different units and explained the rates and rules very well. I like the personal approach they take with their customers along with their professionalism. I also loved that on moving in, I could have free use of their moving truck! That was a huge plus.

On a visit there recently, I met a man whose family had never used any other storage facility and after a being a long-time customer, he had to move. He was only moving because of logistics--he no longer lived in the area. Otherwise he would never have left this location.That was very impressive!

I highly recommend this location for anyone's storage needs!

This storage facility is great. Super friendly staff and incredibly clean hallways and grounds. I totally trust my personal belongings there and I feel really safe going to pull items out of my unit. I have used storage in the past and I no other place compares! The managers made the rental process easy, and when I moved homes, the process to change my address was quick and painless - they even recognized me when I came in to sign the form! Thank you for the great service! highly recommended!

Ryan and Kayce are professional, helpful, and responsive. I was in a big hurry when I went in to rent. When I asked if I could get in and out in less than an hour they responded "We can get you out of here in about 12 minutes." And they did. So - Is it the most amazing storage facility in the whole USA? - I have no idea. Nobody is going to ooh and aaah over a storage unit. It's an empty place to put your stuff. So it isn't exciting, but it definitely serves one's purposes. Prices are in line with other facilities in the area for a climate controlled unit. Staff are smart, competent, and well prepared.

SPS is amazing! I have been storing my things since the end of August and couldn't be happier! Kayce and Ryan are great... knowledgable, friendly and helpful. They run this place like a well-oiled machine. The facility is super clean, and all of the units are easy to get to. Kayce makes it her mission to keep this place looking sharp, so she told me to not hesitate if I see something a mess. :) All of the doors are accessed by a code, so the place is secure.



Overall, I really recommend SPS!

I've been using this facility for well over 8 years and have never had a complaint. The staff (past and future) have always been stellar. The facility is extremely clean and orderly. The staff are very helpful and very patient. I will recommend this without hesitation to anyone within the area to use this facility.

I'm currently storing all of my extra furniture and belongings at Security Public Storage. The facility is very clean, extremely well lit, secure, and I feel safe there. In addition, the staff members are very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Its a great fit for my temporary storage needs. Definitely recommended.

Great place for storage! I am actually a return and current customer. Needed storage a few years ago and used them. When I needed a unit again...I knew exactly where to go. The units are clean, seem to be very secure, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They offer move in specials and even have a truck available to "rent" to help move your stuff in. Highly recommended!!

We have used the Ashburn, VA facility on Richfield Way for 2 months now and find it clean and easily accessible. On-site staff is very professional and helpful. Love the added security features when accessing unit.

My family has utilized the services of this facility and everyone has rave review comments regarding the friendly atmosphere of the resident managers and their support staff, the cleanliness of the storage units, the accessibility of the units, the lighting conservation system (the lights turn on and off on motion detectors), and the climate control. We have nothing but good things to say.



We were hesitant to place our belongings in a storage facility because it seemed like a security risk, but the security arrangements that are in place are outstanding!



We highly recommend this facility for any one who has too much cluttering their homes.
