Service techs are excellent.

Perfect service .

Since the incident, Mark Morton has made good on the problems that were caused me. I did not know that he was away on vacation, and his employees did and said some unscrupulous things that were the cause of the problems.



I recommend Mark's company highly with the service that he provided for me. He has since change his employees, and they appear to be very nice with no hidden agenda's.

Dave is always friendly & knowledgeable in what he does. What I like most is the fact that I have this system with the water being as bad as it is here, I couldn't imagine not having it.

Dave did a fine job. With no mess when done. What I like most about my water conditioner is the fact my laundry stays in tact longer, I use less soap & my appliances (dishwasher) stays in great condition.

Steve came out today to work on our softening system absolutely love it. So nice having soft skin, hair & laundry.

The water is great and loves the way the coffee taste now.

Well had Dave out today to service the softener & he recommended today to change the softeners its on its last leg. Dave is a very wonderful tech. 5 stars for sure.

Dave once again showed up & did a wonderful job. Had an issue with my tank leaking. Replace it at no cost on warranty. Did a really really nice job. So impressed with him & Enchanted Waters.

So I tried troubleshooting my system ; messed it up more. I had Dave come out & i swear its working better than before. The guy is a genius at what he does.

Dave definitely deserves a 5. Worked hard to get the softener running properly again. Almost had to upgrade it but he found the issue & fixed it.

Had a plumbing issues & needed filter changes. Dave came in did a wonderful job as usual.

Never a complaint!! Always great service!
