Our tech staff has years of experience troubleshooting and diagnosing hot tubs and swim spas both in our reconditioning shop and in the field. They take great pride in their work and it shows with the results. They are highly trained in their profession and are mindful of safe work habits. We charge a flat rate of $75 for diagnosing. With every diagnosis a 17-point circulation and operations system inspection will be done as a preventative measure. No hot tub repair work will be done without authorization. The cost of repairs will be parts and labor. Our hourly rate is $75. Look for our seasonal specials, usually in Spring and Fall.
