I appreciate how well they communicated with me. The repairs took a little longer than the original estimate, but they were very honest in their explanations. The delay wasn't their fault- the dealer initially sent the wrong parts. They worked with the insurance company so I didn't have to, and also returned my rental car for me when I was ready to pick up my van. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.

Super easy and convenient. With in 20 minutes I dropped off my car meet with my GEICO damage adjuster, and got my rental car so I didn't have to miss much work. My car looks as good as new and everyone there was super friendly and helpful.

Somebody backed into my car last week, and GEICO scheduled me to have my car repaired at Francis Collision Centre. The service was excellent; every employee that I met was polite, friendly, and helpful. My car (a blue Honda Fit) was repaired that same day, and they fixed the bumper. I was very happy with the service at Francis Collision Centre. I hope that I never have another accident, but if I do, I would definitely come back to this place.

I just got my car back today after being repaired by Francis Collision Centre. I have to say that all the staff was very helpful throughout the process. I was kept inform of the vehicles process throughout the time my vehicle was at the shop. It really made me feel piece at mind that the staff took the time to call me every step of the way as to what the vehicle was being worked on. One of the very convenient things they have to offer was the convineance of your rental car being at the auto shop ready for the customer once one drops off our own vehicle to be worked on. The end result was beautiful. The job was done and best thing is that the repairs are guarantee for the lifetime of the vehicle as long as you own it. The staff was very nice and helpful. I give two thumbs up and have already recommended the services of Francis Collision Centre to family and friends.

My car was rear-ended and I picked Francis based on the good reviews I saw online. Turned out to be a great experience for me, just like many others reported. Couldn't be more pleased. Kept me updated all along the way, repair was done timely, no unexpected surprises, excellent quality, and a very friendly and attentive team.

The staff is so friendly and nice. They worked on my car and I got updates every few days on what exactly they were doibg to my car and what stage my car was in . If my car was waiting on parts I knew about it. Which is nice so that way your not just waiting for a call when your car is done . Estimators are nice and very helpful on explaining things to the best of my acknowledge .
