I want to commend Larry G. from Just Sprinklers. He fixed my sprinkler system yesterday and helped save me from a potentially serious head injury. When Larry had finished fixing the sprinkler problem, he noticed that there was water running in the house, which should not have been the case. As I ran into my bathroom to turn off the water which by that time was spilling out of the sink and onto the floor, I fell on the wet satillo tile floor and just as my head was about to bear down and clash with the tile, Larry held my head up preventing it from crashing down heavily on the tile. At age 73, I appreciate what he did more than anything because I could have had a very serious accident resulting in health problems. Larry performed his repair work professionally and pleasantly and if I need further work from Just Sprinklers, I will certainly ask to have Larry do the work.

We had automatic sprinkler valves installed in May 2012 and are extremely happy with the installation. Ed Gonzalez promptly came by the day after installation and resolved all issues related to sprinkler heads and nozzles as well as explain everything about the system. We will definitely have Just Sprinklers do future work for us.

Interesting experience with Just Sprinklers. They showed up 2.5 hours late for a scheduled appointment to review issue with sprinkler heads not popping up and covering their normal areas. They did not do any pressure testing on the heads other than pressing down with the foot. Instead, recommended the MP Rotator sprinkler nozzles (24 of them) for a total estimate near $700. This was due to their price being near $20/head. Went ahead and scheduled the replacement, but they did not show up on time. Went to the office to find out why, and found they were charging $9 more per nozzle than they charged in the store. So, the cost was inflated by almost $250. This did not include their 2.5 hours of labor on the estimate. Will not use them or recommend them, as this level of service shows they do not really get to the bottom of the cause of any sprinkler issue, and then they find ways to inflate whatever fix they end up recommending.

Ed was on time and polite. He was knowledgable and informative. He understood what I wanted done and knew how it could be accomplished.

chip listened to our problem, did great work checking the system, and left us feeling cared about; despite our problem not being duplicated in his presence. Chip went above and beyond in so many ways. Chip's calls notifying us of his status were greatly appreciated. His suggestions very helpful and his knowledge greatly appreciated. He is an excellent representative of your company and we will ask for Chip for future help!

Ed Gonzalez came and fixed our sprinkler timing problem fast and efficiently. He was very polite and professional.

We just moved in and couldn't tell whether our system was working properly. Ed Gonzalez came by, checked it to verify it was working, explained how it worked, and how we should use it. He was extremely helpful, and if we do have any problems with the system, we will definitely call him to service it.

I needed two broken valves fixed in a hurry and Ed Gonzalez came by and did it very well. I appreciate his promptness and courtesy and a job well done.

Ed Gonzalez showed up on time and corrected the problem with the control valve solenoid within minutes. Excellent work! I was away from the house but Ed kept me posted by phone at the completion of the work. I would definitely recommend J ust Sprinklers to anyone needing irrigation work.

We needed an RP flush after the winter break in outdoor water usage and Ed made it look so easy. 2 heads were replaced along with all six locations receiving MP rotators, Ed accomplished this task in a much shorter period of time than if I tried it myself. You are The Man, Ed...Edker & Susan

Chip was amazing, he fixed the issue we were having with the sprinkler system and also showed us how to use it. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and you could tell he was interested in making sure we were comfortable with what he did and how to work the system correctly. Also gave us tips on things to watch out for, and how to change direction of the sprinklers etc. Thank you for having him come out to help us!!

I'm very pleased with the work done yesterday morning (5/3/2012) by Mr. Chip Gregg. I had been frustrated since last summer with a low flow rate from the sprinklers in our back yard, and I had tried unsuccessfully to fix the problem myself. After repairing a valve, Chip immediately found and fixed a leak near one of the sprinklers, which was the main cause. Since I also like to build relationships, I appreciate that he didn't mind my watching and conversing with him as he worked. Based on previous work on my yard from Just Sprinklers, I definitely recommend this company.

Ed Gonzales was at our home on 4/25/12. I had the first call which was scheduled between 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. Ed and his helper were there on t ime. Everything was done that was asked for. I asked Ed what still needs to be done and he replied. "We are finished." As always, I said "WOW." Ed and his helper together did all the work in a timely manner. It was well worth it. Today I had the pleasure of receiving service for my sprinkler system from Ed Gonzales. He was prompt, professional, and technically very knowledgeable. He offered suggestions about how I might prevent similar problems from occuring with my system in the future. He is an excellent representative of your company and I would ask for him by name if needed in the future.

I had a response for an appointment within 5 minutes. I had a tech come to my house within 48 hrs. Ed Gonzalez left detailed instructions of what he did. Our sprinklers are working better than they ever have. The customer rep that helped me was superb as well. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was very impressed by the expert service and solution to my sprinkler problem that Ed Gonzales had for me this morning. He was on time and just proceeded to fix the proglem, even though it was a tough one.
