nice experince ,food and service were cool.

Have been here twice, and both times was very pleased. The food was excellent and so was the service!

I have eaten here many, many times and have always had great food and a good experience. It is a real treat!

Service was horrible! It took 10 minutes before we were greeted. Food was okay, nothing great for the price of the meal. Our drinks were never refilled. And, DO NOT sit outside on the patio, the bees will get you! Vert dismal experience.

Never again will I hold an event at Serenity. The place is charming and in the heart of Zionsville but our service and experience with the owner was awful. After several months of planning, we were promised a great experience but it wasn't so.





We were stuffed in a room upstairs which was too small for the number in our party. Once our tea service was brought up, the grumpy waitstaff "forgot" about us and never returned to check on us. Our tea ran out within minutes and was never refilled. The treats were okay, but nothing special.





The most upsetting part of it all was that without notification, we were charged an extra "room fee" because they said we took too long! We had been told from the beginning that there was no room charges at all. It was there poor and inattentive service that prolonged our stay. We couldn't leave because they never came with the bill. We had to go downstairs to find someone to bring our check. It was a very unsettling and embarrassing for the other hosts and myself. After the event, I brought the "fee" they tacked on to the attention of the owner and in return she was rude and obstinate. I was never refunded. This to me is just poor business practice.





We will not be back.
