I had a home emergency, and I called this service. I found out that Mr. Cieslak is a top-notch plumber with over 25 years of experience.



I found his pricing reasonable and competitive, and the quality of his work was very professional. I found him to be very personable and friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about his trade. He explained my problem in terms that I could understand, and he told me what to do to prevent the problem from happening again. Since meeting him, whenever something comes up, I just give him a call and I know that he will be there to help me.



Jerry (Mr. Cieslak, the owner of the company) will come and fix whatever is wrong, day or night, weekends; if you have an emergency, this is the man to call, because he will be there. He even came when the roads were all icy and it was snowing heavily, and then last summer when it was extremely hot and humid.



Due to high number or calls he receives, when I called, I got his answering service, which quickly relayed my message and he called back right away. Now that's what I call service! I can highly recommend him to all my old neighbors and friends, now that I have moved to sunny Tucson Arizona.
