It was spacious, clean and bright. They even had ceiling fans which was a nice touch. They offer everything you may need in case you forgot something. The owner was on site and very nice. I did leave them a voicemail after I was there and I did not hear back from them. That would be the only bad thing I have to say. I wish it wasn't so far from my home or I would cleaning my bedding there all the time.

I just moved to Zion, and after seeing some positive reviews of this laundromat on other sites, I decided to give it a try. I doubt I will return.



First off, a majority of the washers and dryers had "out of order" signs on them. The change machine had an "out of order" sign, as well as a note to ask the attendant for quarters. When I did so, the attendant told me she had been out of quarters for days and her calls to the owner for more went unreturned. Luckily, another customer was able to give me change. If this is the level of repair and attention the owner gives to customers, then I see no reason to be a customer of this business.



Once I got my loads started, the (former?) biker husband of the attendant started chatting me up, telling me about the times he lived in a biker clubhouse and his pet rottweiler recently shot by police because it got "too mean". Now, while I don't mind a little pleasant chatting, this was not it. It was very intimidating for a young woman alone. And I was pretty much alone in this place--despite it being a Saturday afternoon.



As I folded up my finished laundry, a pair of women entered and started what I think was some antiques dealing in the laundromat. What? I had no idea whether they had any connection to the business or just happened to wandering in with their antiques. It was weird.



I will look for someplace else to take my laundry next week.

Needs Some Manners

The customer service was bad, and I don't need much from a dry cleaners. By mid-day they had powered off their machines, because they had, as it was explained to me, done everything that needed done. I just didn't feel like they needed or wanted my business...not a problem, I won't give it to them.
