If you are looking for an expert with boiler systems, look no further! Eric has a wealth of knowledge and experience. From the minute I spoke with him on the phone, I knew he was the contractor for us!
Eric stopped by to evaluate a system we had in our shop that was not functioning properly, he assessed the issue and recommended updating the system which we did. As long as he was there, we had him look at our system in our house as this inefficient system was 20+ years old and in need of upgrading soon. He offered two different systems/scenarios and we chose to combine the in-floor heat and our domestic hot water heater into a combi unit. During install, he discovered that the old exhaust system had never been installed correctly and was in fact leaking CO2 into our house! Thank goodness we made this decision to update.
The final price was exactly what the estimate was and we cannot be more satisfied!
