Booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance with a hairdresser I had heard was good. First thing in the morning, she leaves a message on my phone that she is sick and is going to have to cancel. I got that message 3 hours later and called the salon, and guess who answers? Hmm. Perhaps she is planning to be sick? More likely, a regular client wants to get in... She offers to move me to another hairdresser or cut my hair in January rather than before Christmas, and when I object, she says she will squeeze me in next Tuesday. Today is Tuesday. I received a confirmation of my appointment yesterday. When I turned up today, I was told I had been moved to another hairdresser and that the girl I had booked with had tried to phone me (no record of any call on my cell) BECAUSE SHE HAD TO GO TO THE DENTIST. Seriously? Like an emergency appointment?

Shame on you, Wavelengths. This is not the kind of service that will build your business. Obviously the girl has enough clientele she doesn't care, but I sincerely hope the owner of this business cares enough about his business to insist on better service. BAD SERVICE!!

I have been going here for 15 years. Everyone there is very efficient and cordial, Marlene usually does my hair, I have very fine thin hair which is not easy to work with. when I leave I always feel like a queen for a day. Erica always greets me. I would recommend this salon to anyone who likes to be treated special!!!!

wow!! what a high class salon everyone is soo nice, these people know the newest styles. They are open Tuesday and Thursday nights. They specialize in color, highlighting and corrective color. They even have a certified color specialist on staff full time,
