I am completely shocked at some of the negative reviews I see för Laura Fields. She is the most amazing groomer I have ever had. I have used her over the last 10 years and have never once had a problem with her. She has done my dogs, my cats, and any other animal that needs help. She is an animal person and loves animals more then people. I would trust her with my animals anytime. I have taken rescues to her and horribly matted cats and she has figured out a way to get them done. She has a very busy schedule but she also takes ALOT of time with each animal so sometimes it puts her behind. Today I took 2 long haired matted cats to her. Yes I had to wait for YOUR dog to be done perfectly....so my appt was pushed up a little, then she spent alot of time with mine. And had others after me. Its wrong to leave bad reviews on a small business owner who works herself 10 hours a day and may get a little behind. What matters is that she treats your baby like her own..she cares and she loves YOUR pet. And does an amazing job! Thank you Laura for the years of exceptional service. I have your cards at my business and refer you to Everyone!

Dan G. I recently took my two poodles to Laura for the second time. Fist time was good, this last time was bad. I went to pick them up and she was two hours late. Then went to pay. Her phone declined my card and she did not take a check. I told I would run to bank around corner and get cash. She violently snatched up one of my dogs and ran to the back yelling no pay no dog. I called police and my wife for cash. DO NOT USE THIS LADY OR SHE WILL HOLD YOUR DOG HOSTAGE. Not hold a drivers license or check until I could get the cash.

DO NOT USE THIS GROOMER IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR DOG!!!!! They cut my dog on the under part of her leg,not just a small nick but a huge spot. They had the gall to say it was our fault because she should have been coming there since she was 3mo.She is only 8 mo. now. I have had her groomed elsewhere and that lady said she was wonderful.So they not only blamed the dog....but the haircut was horrile!!! They are unprofessional and irresponsible.

I just recently began taking my Bicheon Frise to Laura, and am very pleased with the care and attention that she receives. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer for their baby.

Laura is a very good groomer. I've taken both my Shih Tzu's to her and she does a good job. Her shop is a little far for me, otherwise I would still patronize her services.
