I'm an 87 year old Korean War veteran. I've been paying for my daughter's dogs to go to grooming and daycare for the past couple of years. When I learned about the military discount I was refused because, "they are my daughter's dogs." Since my daughter lives with me, and the dogs live in my house, AND I was paying over 700.00 a month to this facility, I am angered to be denied this discount. Also, the owner has accused one of our dogs of doing damage without any proof at all. She is charging my card without permission or proof. Leo is a puppy and is mischievous as are all puppies. It seems to me that a responsible daycare would design the facility not to endanger clients. It also seems to me that they should be attended at all times. Imagine if these were human kids being left alone to possible ingest something dangerous. I've also noticed that Leo hasn't wanted to go there lately. I asked my daughter why and she told me that the owner had fired all of the staff who actually cared about the dogs. We will not be using My Dog again.

I am so sorry I ever entrusted my dogs to this facility. Before the owner decided to fire the best staff members she had there and hire people who are more interested in fake greetings than actually caring for my dogs, my dogs would leave there with their tails wagging. Since the "house cleaning" they leave there with their tails down. Then are accuses of doing damage with absolutely no proof. Apparently, they didn't think very hard about the daycare rooms when they decided to glue rubber trim there. If I had known about these unsafe conditions, I would have pulled them out long ago. It's like having lead paint chips at a human day care and then blaming the kids for eating it when left unattended!! I took my dogs there to be cared for, not to have access to unsafe environments UNATTENDED!! Also, we were denied the military discount when my father, WHO HAS PAID EVERY CENT (OVER $700.00 PER MONTH FOR DAYCARE AND GROOMING), who is a Korean War Vet, asked for it. But the worst part is that they have been SPRAYING MY DOG as "punishment" without my knowledge or consent. I have water dogs and the last thing I want is for them to become afraid of the water. Take your dogs there at your own risk, I wills a prayer for them.
