They do a great job on trimming my Siamese Cats toenails staff all very friendly

Great job done on my bishon staff very friendly and helpful. Coupons are nice. The place is very clean.

They BUTCHERED my poodle!! I brought my poodle in for a haircut..his poms have been growing out for quite sometime, his top notch also very long as we have been growing out, & his tail..I explained the exact cut I wanted & the groomer told me she could do..I also talked to her twice on the phone while he was there..the groomer kept him about 6HOURS..when I arrived my poodle was hacked, butchered, all shaved..the poms, head, tail, WHOLE BODY!! I could not believe how disgusting & unprofessional this so called groomer was that told me she knew what to do & how to cut his hair (like continental clip) & I go there & he is shaved!! Do Not trust this back yard off the street groomer to go near your pets!! So angry upset & disgusted!! I would not have given any stars at all but had to do unfortunately to write this review!!!!!

We love how our dogs are well taken care of when they are there!!
